A stone cheat!!!. Went to complain for fuel pump installation. Car does not work. Called Freddy. He tells me he is .vbusy. He won't fix or pick up the car. He nickels and dimes you for everything and can't do the work. Trying to get my money back. Don't use this company

Went there to get an estimate on some work needed on my car. Got a run around and more problems added to my initial short list. You also have to worry about the owners daughter who thinks shes entitled or knows anything about cars being an arrogant b***h as well. Will never go here again. BEWARE

Very bad customer service, that white guy is the worst person ever, with his chipped tooth lol. I don't know how people could even bring their cars to him, I do think the Asian worker is cute though.

My husband was involved in an accident in July 2017, and as we all know when you have an accident tow trucks are like vultures trying to get your business sent by auto body shops. This Auto body shophas been paid by my insurance a month ago and, it is 09/22/2017 and still my car is in the shop every time either our insurance would call or we would call to check on the status of our vehicle they always said This Friday for at least three weeks straight and promised our vehicle would be done every other week always had an excuse as to why the vehicle was not complete. It was to the point where we called our insurance and they claimed that they could not anything much because they had already issued the payment for repairs. Which means AUTO DOCTOR got paid and still a month later our car is still being worked on. At this point we will have to matters into our own hands. I am calling the better business bureau and they're definitely going to get a call from them. Please everyone before you just give up your car to any of these body shops please just let your insurance pick the shop, you'll probably will get way better service and respect.
