Danny Gucci Roofing Company
Dan Gucci installed a rubber roof on my twin house. After contacting other roofing companys, I decided to go with Dan Gucci Roofing.I made my decision based on the information I received from Dan.Dan eased my concerns with my past experiences with roofers, went over theproject step by step, and basically assured me on their work ethics. and the product theystand by. The day before the job started Dan call me to let me know the time that his workers would arrive at my house. They arrived at the time stated by Dan, and they went to work without skipping a beat. The roof was installed in one day. His workers clean up nail, roofing material. etc. before they left. Joe one of the roofers showed me photos of the completed roof. I’m truly happy with my new roof, and would definitely recommend them. Great Workers, Great Quality and Trustworthy. THANKS GUY! for a job well don

Argentina & Son Roofing
Greg and his guys did an excellent job, I was really pleased with the expert craftsmanship, which can be hard to find these days and especially considering the problems that my 90 year old house with its 4 prior rooves presented, these guys are pros, in, out and clean with the quickness. You get what you pay for, and sometime even more, when you hire the right people. I had previously seen their work, and heard good things about them, from reliable neighbors. I would Highly recommend Argentina Roofing.Thank you.

Contractor CSI
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY ie: poor workmanship, incomplete jobs, see Better Business Bureau rating of"F" with several complaints. They did not respond or fix issues. They are also not respond to my complaint. The work they did for me was HORRIBLE to state it mildly. They're very nice at first then do not complete work, become rude, do not return calls, absolutely ignore you, and what was done is soooo unacceptable. Like I noted check with the BBB with numerous COMPLAINTS...!!! I am disgusted with the work they did including a continued leak which has caused additional issues. If there were a rating of minus 5 I would give them that!!

Fahey Roofing Siding Doors & Windows Inc
Well since the first call I felt assured that I had a good hard working company. They returned all of my calls and questions promptly. The guys came out and did a beautiful job I couldn't stop smiling! I'm very glad I made the choice of going with Fahey Roofing this time and I won't delay if I need them in the future. I would recommend them.

Fahey Roofing Siding Doors & Windows Inc
Ed Fahey of Fahey Roofing is very reliable, I would recomend him to everyone. If he says he'll be there at a certain time he is there, when he says it will be done in a certain time period it's done as he said. Very professional and neat, and your invoice has a break down of exactly what was done. Can't ask for better than that. So call him before you have a problem. 215-370-6922 - he had sone several roofing jobs for us. Thank you Ed.

Action Roofing
Do not use this company. They used to be great but found as the years go by, they're unreliable, don't come when they say they'll be there. Shoddy work. Pay a lot for a new roof and less than 5 months later, the roof is splitting its seams. They need to retire. I actually had to hire another roofing contractor and Action Roof did put new tar paper on for a new roof but never sealed it down making many leaks and the new skylight leaked bad. The new roofers had to 'roll' off the new roof Action Roofing put up and paid for another brand new roof which was put down properly. I don't know what happened to your company, It stinks!!! Will NEVER use you AGAIN.

Union Roofing Co
I had my roof installed with a new skylight by Union Roofing 4 years ago. I started having problems with the skylight. It continued to shut and would not remain open. I called Frank Jr. and he came to my house within 30 minutes and his men corrected the problem. I recommend Union roofing for their promptness and expertise.Barbara Short
Tips & Advices
The most common types of roofing material are:
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Metal roofing
  • Slate shingles
  • Concrete roofing
Metal roofing material and algae-resistant asphalt shingles are the appropriate roofing material for rainy climates.
Houses located in  areas which are prone to wildfires, should avoid the use of flammable roofing materials such as wood shingles.
Not only should you ask to get in contact with past clients, it is also recommended that  homeowners visit projects currently underway to see how the contractor or company actually performs during a job. You can also go online and check out other customer reviews.
Reputable roofers do offer a warranty against poor workmanship. Additionally, the material used often carries a warranty from the manufacturer against defects (assuming proper installation). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check on the availability of all such warranties before any work is performed.
