Make that a negative star. Neighbor hired these cretins to trim a tree hanging over their yard that was growing in another neighbor's yard.Besides asking NO permission to go into another yard resulting in the people threatening to call the cops for trespassing, they busted up a panel of my stockade fence dragging branches over it.Talked to a "manager" when I called, told him what happened and that I have pics, and he said they would replace the panel. When no one showed up in a week, called ,;eft message, and he called the next day saying he has a panel and would bring it over.No show.Lying scumbags with no regard for anyone's property.Note fresh looking wood at breaks in older fence and a top busted off

I would give them zero star if I could. Almost impossible to talk to someone over the phone and they never call you back. Sometimes, they would forget to leave a bill and then not cut your grass because you didn't pay. But, it was their negligence to not leave a bill and if there was any concern with payment, you would think they would call and talk to you. Nope, they just don't cut your grass for a month until for some miracle you get to talk to them on the phone. Terrible, terrible customer service.

After receiving crazy high quotes for removing our pine I found budget & glad I did. My tree was whipping like crazy in storms and leaning toward the neighbors house. The budget landscape guys gave me an estimate appointment the next day and came for the tree just a few days later. They were easy to contact and work with. They got the tree in less than an hour and took all the branches with them. They even threw my unwanted rose bushes in when I asked. Great guys, we were polite to them and they were polite to us. 5 stars from our experience!
