State Farm Insurance
I requested a quote from State Farm Auto and the quote was about the same as what I currently had through another insurance company. I get a text an hour later saying that they could get me over $50 less per month for better coverage. What do I do? Sign me right up! I go there, the girl rushes through everything. I walk out and realize SHE USED MY WRONG ADDRESS. I hadn't lived there in years and it's not the address I used in my quote. I go back and she said, "Sorry I can't change it now the quote is processing... just text me when it goes through I'll try to get it down if it goes up". Well, it went up... WAY UP. I text her and guess what? She didn't reply for days and then when she does she tells me she's no longer working there. I feel extremely scammed.

DO NOT ever go to this agent. He and his assistant are not customer service focused and very condescending. They are a complete scourge to the neighborhood. I dealt with him a few years back and found him slightly sarcastic, but I thought that might be just my perception. I was willing to give him another chance when my spouse needed tags. From the moment my husband walked into the office he did not like the atmosphere. When I called to get clarity, because my husband had to get to work. Nickens actually asked me to get the information from my husband. Which was a total insult considering that I really wanted to receive clarity since we were cutting it close and our temporary tags were about to expire. In my husbands words,The are extremely unprofessional. Bottom line...If you want to be treated with respect, I suggest you find another agency.

Absolutely Worthless !! I was told my license replacement would take 3-4 days and that they'd call. They never called. Today, THREE WEEKS and $40 later I went in. Guess what? No license, no refund, not a clue as to what they are doing. Avoid unless you have a taste for the surreal. (1 star because "0" isn't an option)

Saturday March 5th:I do not know this employee's name since she did not present herself. Her dress attire was totally inappropriate:She was wearing a grey sweatshirt full of grease stains.I wasn't sure if i had walked into a McDonalds or a tag place?! Moving on from the attire this person just did not know what she was doing. She had no idea what a lien holder on a title means, where the mileage on the car is listed in the paperwork. After an hour of going back and forth with a "system not working fast enough" she told me the sales tax on my car was calculated wrong and i actually owe more money to the state.Again i pointed out she is looking at the wrong amount on the title and her calculation is incorrect.After arguing with me i told her i would like to take my business elsewhere and she refused to give me back my paperwork and the check claiming that since she put everything in the system i have to pay.If you want to stay in business i suggest you find someone else to work there.
