Love the stone, the guy that did the templet was great, the stone fits wonderfully. Staff at the show room was very nice and lucy seems very nice. Although, when the three young men installed the countertop they chipped the enamel paint in one small area to the front corner of my stove. The stove wasnt new and had one chip on a draw far away from their damage. I wanted to talke to Lucy about it, with my plan to have a guy fix there damage and i would have the other small chip fix at the same time sharing the cost of the repair. Lucy wouldn't even talk to me on the phone that day. The installers stated she would call me that monday that followed, no call was made to me. I called two more times, and left messages since she was no longer aval for any of my calls. So in other words i was now dirt in there eyes since they had my money. Its such a shame, since the stone is so nice and fits so well, to have the owner have such a lack of integrity will only bring it down in time. Will never use again esp since they dont care about damage they may cause in my home. By the way the repair was to only cost apox $45.00.
I had ALB-Granite remodel my master bathroom in granite (41 square feet of toilet, tub, and sink) and I found them to be more then adequate. As for quality of work: I’m happy, my granite countertops are quality. All the tiles are level and all the edges are excellent. I did pick out nice granite slabs, which makes a big difference, but costs a little more. Their web site has a frequently asked question page, which answered most of my questions, and then I asked questions before the work. As for me I got more then I paid for.
