At first, I don't want to be a member of this center but after they showed me their programs and equipment, I am well impressed.

ugh This place is awful. It is so sad because south philly really does not have any indoor play places for toddlers and little kids. Not even arcades or game rooms for teens. I went there with my two kids a few times, giving it multiple chances. I mean, dont get me wrong I like the song "Bad and Boujee" but they LITERALLY played it 5 times. My kids were singing "my nigga's is savage- ruthless-- and just making up their own words for the censored ones (which was their excuse for being able to play it). The children are unsupervised, if you put money in a machine they just stand they waiting for you to drop a ball or god forbid take your hand off the machine. There were 3 kids HANGING OFF the riding bull machine when my kid was on it and my kid was just super confused and uncomfortable. He wanted them to have a turn and did understand why they wanted his turn. Its awful but, sadly, my kids want to go back. UGH I hate this place worse then I hate chuck - e- cheese---- why cant south philly just get it together and have an IN movement like queen village-- GOSH!!

Bad service and not worth the money. My three year old got bored quickly since there was only four things he could play on.

If I can rate this gym a zero I would! Bar none the worst gym I have ever been to! From the owner down to the staff. I wouldn't let my kids or let alone my wife workout there. They try to sell you one thing and try to get you to sign the contract electronically and sell you a completely different thing and then tell you to just deal with it! This gym is just one big scam so PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! Save your self the time, money and the headache!!!

Club Metro USA
The equipment was always malfunctioning. The sauna was broken more often than not. It has 2 rocks in it. But when I tried to tried to freeze my account for a few months they wanted to charge me $10 a month. I had to cancel my membership in writing and MAIL it in. They still charged me for two months after canceling. The people that work their said they hate the company that does the finances for Club Metro because they do not treat people honorably.

H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!!! If you really want to go to the gym don't go to this place. They are all liers the place is dirty. When I signed I made very clear to them that I had a job with a difficult schedule that I could not go as often and that I might cancel they promised me I could stop at any time and bla bla I haven't used the gym for over a month and now they are freaking charging me a fee of $15.00 for maintenance which I dont use. They cant help you over the phone or even in person they all give different directions, "oh call this number, or oh go to this website.....horrible experience. Do not recommend! By the way I am unemployed and they are freaking charging me a fee for something I didnt even use!!!!!! Be careful they will eat your money!!!!!!!
