My refrigerator was not working for a few months until I called this appliance place. Thank you so much.

F A S T Commercial Appliance Service & Parts Inc
We have been dealing with this company for a salamander that we had been having trouble with. They have been out numerous times and have come back with different diagnoses for the same issue. They have tried to double charge us for a cleaning, which they claimed was the problem. Then a week later we had the same problem again.Came out and gave a different diagnosis. Less than 30 days later, we had the same problem. They said that the pressure regulator needed to be replaced. The tech came out and said the unit can work fine without a part that controls the gas flow. Does that make any sense? So he took the part and left and didn't replace it like the work order said. They have a tendency to write on a work order, give you a copy, and then write over it when they come back out.Unbelievable!!! I've worked for an appliance repair company. Their practices and customer service is revolting.
Tips & Advices
Water leakage is usually caused by a blockage of the defrost drain by food or debris. The ensuing overflow can leak inside the refrigerator or outside. This problem is often an easy DIY fix--just clean the debris away. If you cannot locate it, it could be a clog of the system and might require a technician.
The most common cause of a refrigerator running is a faulty seal, usually on the door, allowing a constant flow of warm, humid air into the unit. To combat the warm air, the refrigerator’s cooling system kicks in and might stay on. This can cause strain on the cooling unit, not to mention higher utility bills.
The most common reason an ice maker stops making ice is a faulty water supply line. The most likely culprits are the supply line being frozen, broken, disconnected, or the filter being clogged, which prevents water from passing through.
The most common refrigerator maintenance issue is the most obvious: The refrigerator isn’t cold enough. Next is a faulty ice maker, the refrigerator not functioning at all, the unit is making strange noises, and the dispenser units are not dispensing water and/or ice.
Frost buildup in the freezer is a result of warm, humid air entering the freezer and then freezing. It could be as simple as frequent opening and closing of the door, or a faulty door seal allowing air to flow in. If those are not the issues, the automatic defrost system might be malfunctioning and require servicing.
