I am a first time customer at Ernesto's and was very pleased with our server Diane. I brought my family in after the show and she was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I haven't had service like this in quiet a while. Our time just kept getting better as the dishes came out. I had one of the specials and my wife had the cioppino while our children had their pastas. The food was great. After the meal, Diane offered us lemoncello and dessert which are made by Ernesto's mother and we could not pass either up. Glad we didn?t. Even though we were feed well we each had dessert and they were just like mama used to make! I highly recommend this place and will return with family and friends.

The staff is superfriendly and the La Colombe coffee is great. Better yet, they make the most amazing panini sandwhiches and salads. It's just yummy. I also go there for brunch or eggs during the day. It's a good hub for locals and a great atmoshpere to hang out in.

Went to Cafe Estelle for the first time after Craig Laban's review and could not have been happier to find this gem. Everything we've ordered from Cafe Estelle has been fantastic. The stuffed french toast is out of this world - I'm not quite sure how the chef manages to make it. My favorite dish - the croque madam - excellent ham, excellent brioche french toast, nice frisee salad on the side. Great choices of coffee. Some people may scoff at serving their coffee, but I enjoy creating my own perfect coffee/milk combo. (And the bottomless cup is a great deal, as they will let you have a mug while you wait for a brunch table on the weekends). We've recommended this restaurant to several people and they all love it. I wish I could say more. You really should google the Laban review from the Philadelphia Inquirer (he is a great reviewer who is always honest - in fact I enjoy reading the negative reviews more than the positive ones).

Friendly staff and wonderful food. Small inside cafe where i can get breakfast and/or lunch quickly. Fresh produce as well as La Colombe coffee. Catering service is professional and prompt. I will be ordering from Cafe Coco for my next company function. Whether you are feeding 10 or 30.. Cafe Coco can accomodate!

Saxbys Coffee at Rittenhouse is a chain coffee place, sure-- but it is unlike any other coffee place I have ever been to. There are iPads attached to each table, power strips at each table to charge whtever you need (phone, computer, etc) for FREE, a computer corner with free computers and printers to use, and big flat screen TVs everywhere... NOT to mention that their huge menu is full of great options; tons of coffee drinks to choose from, FRozen yogurt, sandwiches, salads, etc. There is no technology (aside from free Wifi) if you sit outside the shop, but the fabolous people watching makes up for it.

My mom and I used to go fir breakfast every weekend and I go every chance I get. The description and writes about Sabrina's could not have described it better. It comfortable and welcoming atmosphere is created by warm surrounds, excellent food and a wonderfully welcoming staff. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Yes, it is small but well worth the wait for a table. Oh but be fair warned that you have to be as pleasant as the staff and other visiting patrons, it os a family like atmosphere that pleasant so go with a smile and an empty stomach! The portions will fill you up!

The coffee and food is good especially the seating outdoors, nice touch. Love and enjoy the local feel ,however, not into the grunge look...a spring cleaning is past due. The neighborhood is glad to have you and we hope that you invest in an additional property to open a La Va 2!

This place is a true GEM in the Italian Market -- it's has great Coffee, Pastries, Panini and Gelato! I love really strong and fresh coffee and everytime I visit - it's is AWESOME!! I regularly shop the Italian Market and I always make it a point to start my day here! I only wish this place was bigger!! If it's busy - WAIT - you won't be disappointed. At my last visit I tried the breakfast panini - eggs & bacon with melted cheese on a croissant & fancy latte - OMG!! D-LISH! I stopped back after I went shopping on the Italian Market and bought a coffee and Cannoli for the ride home. It was SOOO good I decided to buy a pound of coffee and a dozen cannoli for Sunday's dinner -- my family love it! \r Anthony's is a great place and can't wait to go back! \r

Tria is my default happy hour spot! There is a great selection wines, cheeses and bruschetta bites! My favorite is the wild mushroom fontina, I have even converted non mushroom eaters with this tasty morsel. The goat cheese and basil is a great choice as well. The sandwiches and salads are a nice size and always delicious. The service is always quick and friendly, and even though there are limited number of seats, I never feel rushed to guzzle down the last drops of my wine and leave, if I am having an involved conversation with my friends, which is a huge plus in my book!\r It does tend to get loud as the place fills up, but the food and wine keeps me coming back time and time again.\r \r

I've been going to the Last Drop for years now. I love the atmosphere, the coffee, and the snacks. It's a great place to have long discussions with friends; it's equally good for sitting by myself and getting a bunch of my work done. I do have to say though that the employees at this place are the biggest jerks I've ever had to deal with. I always approach the counter with a friendly face and I never waste time debating on what to order; however, I have not had one experience at the Last Drop where the person behind the counter was actually friendly or even polite. Regardless of the crappy customer service, this place still rocks.
21.The Couch Tomato Cafe

I love the couch tomato. I am always satisfied with the quality and freshness of all of their products, the highly diverse selection of whole/personal pies, fresh salads, wraps, and daily homemade soups. Just yesterday I was in a hurry so I stopped into the couch tomato and ordered a buffalo chicken express pie (got a free drink too!) - The express pie concept is great...They have pies pre-made and on a rack by the register, you pick one and it's ready to go in a flash. Had a champ cherry soda too and it was awesome. Go in for any of their menu selections - you won't be disappointed!! The salads are HUGE and tasty, the soups are incredible - southwest chicken is my favorite!! If you still have room after your meal, try the maddie bars or brownies!!! Also, they're expanding upstairs and will have upwards of 70-80 seats upon completion of the renovations!!! I love the couch tomato and I can't wait to bring friends and family along to see the new dining area!!! I LOVE THE COUCH TOMATO!!!! Best Pizza in Philly, Hands Down!!

Love this place, it's always a crowd favorite. Great bar to stop in any time of the day or night. Food is usually pretty good, had gotten a lot better of the last couple of years since they opened. Great beer and liquor selection. Intricate bar and outdoor courtyard area. Great to hang out with friends, family, and whoever else. I highly recommend the crabcakes, cheesesteak soup, and the monkey bread. A hidden gem in the Northeast - no other bar like it. Comfortable for dining or drinking it up with your friends.

super friendly coffee shop with really great bagel sandwiches. naturally cool without making a scene. great for moms and dads, hipsters and hippies. There are a lot of coffee shops in the neighborhood but I don't know what I would do with out this one.

The Soy Cafe is a cute little cafe, which offers coffee, smoothies, wraps, salads, soups, and pastries. Their prices are really reasonable. a smoothie costs between 3.75 & 3.95 before taxes. small coffees cost 1.50. \r \r I love all their smoothies, but my favorite has to be the Shrek smoothie. The shrek smoothie consist of honeydew, kiwi, tofu, soymilk, and honey. It tastes really refreshing. This smoothies tastes good after a good hard workout from the gym. My sister's favorite smoothies is the funky monkey. She loves the smoothie for its creamy consistency and nutty taste. The funky monkey consist of banana, peanut butter, oatmeal, tofu, soymilk, and honey. \r \r This cafe is awesome, it gives good variety of foods and beverages. The workers are extremely clean, they always wear gives when making people food.\r \r It's a dog friendly environment, you get access to free wifi. There is a cute clothing store in the back.

Good food, quite different and at a good price. Try UKRANIAN BORSH $3 big bowl! It will exceed all your expectations. NO MORE SMOKING! It is a really pleasant, not super-fancy, but fun. It does have a bar and a TV - sometimes people can watch games, but mostly they show Polish Music TV, and play Dance music on the dancefloor (not a big one, but it is there! :) Definitely must try!\r

What an incredible environment. Very hip and chic and educational. Hundreds of teas at great prices. Variety is huge and staff really know their product. I buy a lot of my gifts here. I now love the daily ritual of tea and for a few cents a day I get instant stress relief and energy. The young guy on Sundays is a wealth of info, as is the web site, if you are a tea novice. Quality teas and interesting and unique gifts right off of Rittenhouse Square.
