YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Some of the best memories are made at the breakfast table. And for more than 50 years, millions of people have made those memories at IHOP.

We had as appetizers the risotto with wild mushrooms (which was out of this world) and a boston lettuce salad with roasted figs and blue cheese. For main course, we had braised lamb shank (the meat was so tender it was literally falling off the bone) and a cooked to perfection strip steak. Our waiter recommended a delicious affordable bordeaux to pair with the meal. \r \r I'm so glad we stopped in.\r \r

Had a romantic dinner Friday night and really enjoyed the whole experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the entertainment was fantastic, and the food was great. The shrimp tempura, with bits of fried asparagus, was quite tasty. For dessert we tried the sweet potato cheesecake, which was amazing, and the chocolate cake, which was also quite good but was stood up by the cheesecake. I never would have thought to make cheesecake with sweet potato, but after trying it, it makes perfect sense. Meanwhile, the service was well-timed and the atmosphere cozy and comfortable. It's an experience that's well worth it!

The name ""Bliss"" might be a little pretentious, but this is a very good restaurant. Our party of 5 sampled many items on the menu, including dessert, and everything was really good.\r \r In addition to the food, this is a very comfortable restaurant with a great atmosphere and top-notch service. On the gorgeous warm Saturday evening that we dined here, the doors were opened to the Broad Street sidewalk and it was simply lovely.\r \r Of course, this is not an inexpensive restaurant, but I think we paid for what we got. As I recall, there wasn't a glass of wine on the menu under $9, but the 2 wines we sampled were excellent. So again, we paid for what we got.

My wife and I had been going to the Blue Ox for 8 years before they decide this past July to close after 40 years. The owner, Walter Grunde, was a surly, old crumugin who knew how to serve the best potato pancakes and weiner schnitzle around. The atmosphere always reminded me of the Huas' in pictures I have seen of Bavaria-- cozy with polished wood and beautiful stained glass.\r The beers on tap were always plentiful and cold; the wine list was extensive. Whether we were eating dinner or brunch, I never had a bad meal. The service could be lacking at times, but the food was always prepared perfectly. My wife and I are mourning the loss of a Philadelphia icon and one of our favorite places to dine.
