Jeff Green Law Office
Jeff Green and Patrick Jennetten are absolutely amazing attorneys. I recently had a difficult workman's comp case and was being stone walled by the insurance agent for ridiculous reasons. I worked with Jeff and Patrick who quickly contacted the insurance company and got the case moving. I can promise that I would never have seen a cent if I had not hired Jeff and Patrick. They worked very hard on my case and kept me appraised of any and all accomplishments. I was cc'ed on all emails and given a recap of all phone calls. Both are very personable and make sure you know that your case is important to them. Jeff and Patrick are extremely good at injury cases and I could not possibly recommend them more highly.

Jason convinced me I NEEDED HIM To get Order of Protectiondropped, "He said you don't want it hanging over your head." He was never prepared for court. He did'nt show up for pre-hearing appointment. he had office person BADGERED Me 5 TIMES TO MAKE AN APT. TO GET ANSWER . AND THEN CANCELED AT LAST MIN. STILL THINKING HES A RESPECTFUL ATT. He made me miss first court date that SCARED ME TO DEATH.T made me pay for office apt. to find out what (HE WON) Every court he would say things to provoke me I believe intentional as he thought he did a great job and won nothing case ran its self. At the end of O.P. the Judge said ( never have been written) after 4 court hearing. After having argument over 1st O.P. hearing and reference to my Divorcing my wife he said,"He did'nt BANG her,"(4)I told tell him if you say that to 1 more time we will be on the floor fighting i had told jason that i still love my but i can"t live with her any more after 2 suicide attempts!!! Now i have PTSD/ANXIETY/REACTIVE DEPRESSION/HYPERTENSION HE SAID i KNOW THAT MENTAL ILLNESS TAKES A BIG PART IN THIS CASE .I THOUGHT THAT MEANT THAT HE WAS GOING TO BAT FOR ME BUT I FOUND OUT THAT MEANT HE WAS GOING THROW MY ASSETS IN TO LIQUIDATION TO PAY HE FRIVOLOUS ATTORNEY FEE" (SHARK ) i actually was told about a hearing i missed but i was never notified and have no court paper work to prove that there was one it was ploy to upset me . during he did nothing to help save my most prize possession . I had to FIRE HIM AND HIRE M/D TO CORRECT (JASONS WRONG DOING"S X-TRA $3000.00) It would HAVE BEEN CHEAPER TO HIRE ANY ONE ELSE. HE SAT AND WATCHED OPPOSING COUNCIL BADGER ME ON STAND ABOUT ATTACHMENT I GAVE TO HIM MOUNTS EARLIER!!! he would never fight for me just against me. HIS office over charged blaitenly signed mentally ILL broke thanks to (JASON and his WIFE)

Mr.Norman Mcgill is responsible for letting my claim expire. I wasn't even aware that there was a time limit. He specifically told me this case could take up to 2 years. He never returned my calls. So me and my husband went to his office he wasn't in. The receptionist said somethings not right and have him call. He never called. But I got a letter telling me my case was closed because time had expired. I trusted this man. I tried to get appointment to come in and discuss this and the receptionist would not give me an appointment she said she would talk to him. Im still waiting.. Mr. mcgill dropped the ball on my case. I've been fighting Ssi going on 3 years now. I have a bad heart and lungs on 16 medicines and oxygen full time. Why won't he take responsiblty for letting my case fall in the cracks. He knows this is true. If he was a decent and honest man he would stand up for me regarding an appeal and letting SSI know he and his office was responsible for letting my time expire.

He really don't know what he is doing, and he seem's not to fight for you at all. I hired him for my son back in 2014 wish I wouldn't have ,bc if you want him to get a hold of you , he act's like it's a burden on him.. Or if you need something done from him good luck. My advice I wouldn't hire him for nothin ,move on to the next attorney. Like I wish I had done.

These people were a waste of my time and money. I don't know how they make all their money, but it sure isn't from helping people like me!! Unless you've got nothing better to do and are swimming in money, I'd stay far away from these characters.

Great attorney. He and his staff are always helpful and courteous. They helped me and my wife to complete our bankruptcy without any problems. They responded to us in a reasonable time when we requested information. My wife and I are getting our financial life back together by listening to Mr. Homa and his good advice.
Tips & Advices
When it comes time to choose a lawyer, you should start by searching close to home. If you do have attorneys you are familiar with, ask who they believe would be best for you. After going through personal references - especially from individuals who had similar needs - you should broaden your search through public information resources. You can call your area's attorney referral service or check legal organizations like Martindale-Hubbell. There are other resources available online, such as yellowpages.com. You can check websites for client reviews and other third-party forms of approval.
If you sign documents and you come across a word you don't recognize, or you need help to navigate important employment or real estate paperwork. Also, during times when personal matters intersect with legal proceedings, you might need to have an advocate to prevent your emotions from getting in the way. If you've been accused of a crime or are in a terrible financial situation, you can find an attorney who will work with what you have available.
When you hire a lawyer, you're agreeing to work with someone over a certain period of time. The more forthcoming the lawyer appears to be with individual needs, the better.
  • You need to ask questions about how the attorney will communicate with you and what responsibilities you hold in the relationship.
  • The attorney should let you know the best channel for quick communication and you need to inform him or her when you want updates.
  • You should also ask questions to get to know the attorney as an individual in order to ensure this is a person you can trust. Ask about their legal philosophy and how he or she views the lawyer/client relationship. Ask as how to keep fees down or what daily disruptions you should expect from a long legal battle.
You need to ask about every possible fee that will come up when working with an attorney. You should request a list of all costs in advance so you won't be surprised by additional expenses like overhead. Also determine exactly when you will start being billed. You want to inspect paperwork carefully. If the attorney charges you for his or her experience, you need to make sure he or she will perform tasks personally and not hand it off to an assistant. Find out if the attorney has a flat fee or charges by the hour. Many civil lawyers work on contingency. Make inquiries about how the lawyer plans to provide service for your money and what you can do if you start to feel unsatisfied with his or her performance.
You can ask how many similar cases they have handled and if they have special skills or training that applies specifically to your needs. Lawyers can't mention clients by name, but you should ask for basic details about identical past cases. You should check their office for the appropriate certifications and diplomas. You can also ask how long he or she has practiced law and request information that demonstrates the practice's success. Look for precise details such as percentage of cases settled out of court.
