I usually love my experience at PF Chang, but yesterday I went for lunch the restaurant was hot and muggy inside we ended up leaving because it was so uncomfortable. If it weren't so hot we would have stayed.

I've been here a few times now and we've made it our new favorite place for Asian food. The prices are great and it's very clean. Food is hot and the service is very friendly. In fact most speak English too.

Just ordered for the first time. Awesome food! Will definitely order again. Delivery was quick and portions were great! Egg rolls were awesome. We ordered for delivery but after reading all the reviews, will definitely go to the restaurant.

I guess there is a trend with the wives wanting to stop at this place. Over priced. Food sucked and was overcooked. Not a huge selection. Even some people who seemed to be regulars were loud and cussed with their obnoxious friends.

We ordered take out. They were here within a timely manner. My egg rolls were ok...just tasted old and I usually LOVE them. The sweet and sour sauce was the worst. First off, it smelled like sweet and sour sauce mixed with puke. I'm not kidding. I wouldnt say that to be mean, it is LITERALLY what it smelled like. We liked the crab puffs...just didnt have anything GOOD to dip them in. We both ordered teriyaki combo plates, and pork fried rice as well. Rice was ok...not much flavor. Hub never even got to his teriyaki last night....bad thing is, I did. I had probably about 5 bites before I put it in the fridge for tomorrow. It was the only thing I ate that hub didnt. I was up ALL NIGHT long in the bathroom. Sick as a dog. The teriyaki meals are still in my fridge and I plan to call about it. I didnt call last night because it was late and I didnt feel good- didnt want to deal with people...I figured I'd call in the morning when the worst of it was over...........( JUST CALLED THE PLACE) spoke with the manager. I asked for a refund on just my two meals that wouldve totalled less that $15. My order including tip- I even tipped 8 dollars!- was $38. I've lived in peoria all 28 years of my life, and order from this place quite frequently. I have never asked for a refund or complained before. Usually they are our GO TO for chinese take out. Guy said no, because people can eat, get full,and then call for refund. ONe of my meals had like 5 bites taken out of it (that's what got me sick) and hub didnt even touch his yet, he put it in the fridge and was saving it for today......SO I OFFERED to take the food back to them. He said no again. I asked for higher up and than him and he said there was no higher....just the owner. I asked for the owner's info or to give him my info for contact and he refused! He said the owner would think it was silly and would laugh at him for not being able to handle it. I said, ok, then why isnt this handled? He blasted me and said if I was sick last night, I shouldve called basically WHILE i was in the bathroom late last night.... He then again refused to take my info and then hung up on me. I told him I just wanted to speak with the owner. Im not some cheapy trying to get my money back. I have a house, two vehicles, and a small business. $15 isnt anything but principal at this point. Your food made someone sick. I didnt ask for a full refund and I tipped MORE than what is adequate. I WAS a good customer and now they have lost our business. Today is mother's day. Last night we ordered take out cause my inlaws just took the kids for the night. It was my relax night....and I ended up in the bathroom all night long- and feeling like crap this morning. I asked if I needed to go to the doc to prove I'm sick. He laughed at me by the way. I was never rude, I never raised my voice, I just wanted a resolution to my compaint. He didnt offer to look over or check the food- the sweet and sour as well as the teriyaki were bad. Didnt offer to take any extra precautions. NO apologies- just kept telling me how HE doesnt want to get ripped off or lose money. Again, I asked if I needed to go to the doc for any proof they might need. HE LAUGHED. I called with a genuine concern.

I generally stay away from large chains like this. I'm sure glad we decided to give it a try. Yes, the food was terrific! What made this a fabulous experience was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and curtious. Despite being packed our order was taken and served fresh an hot. Our server made you feel like we were his only patrons. Thanks Adam! The manager, Louie, was professional and friendly. We will be making it a regular spot!

For years I ate here because it was within driving distance of my home and places I go to run errands. Recently I ordered the sweet and sour as I always to but a friend ordered the orange chicken. The suace was the same sauce. I decided to try another chinese restaurant in the area to see if traditionally the red sauce is what they use for orange chicken and it isn't. I will not go back there since I also ordered sesame chicken and it was brown like the Teriyaki chicken and made sick just to look at let alone eat since again at the new restaurant I discovered the sesame chicken is different.
