Love this place it's the spot to go if you need a mattress or bedroom furniture in Pensacola. They're super friendly and helpful and have A LOT of different mattresses.

My fiancé and I recently were in the market for a new bed. we visited a few bed stores and were not happy with the misrepresentation from one and the other the salesmen were too pushy. we went in the BedzzzExpress store here in Pensacola and after talking with the salesmen there, we were comfortable with them not being pushy so we talked with them about what we were looking for. After showing us the beds they had that were like we were looking for, we decided on a hybrid and in no time we had made our purchase and scheduled the delivery. We are very pleased with the bed we purchased and the salesmen were fantastic. As for the delivery, we were not as happy because the delivery guys had us waiting most of the day. As for the service and product from the store, we give it an A+++ and would do business there again. James M.

I recently purchased a mattress through the BedzzzExpress store in Pensacola, FL. The salesman there was fantastic. His name is Tracy and he was extremely pleasant and more than happy to answer any and all of the questions my fiancé and I had. He didn’t try to push us into something outside of our price range and tried to match us to a mattress that was in our budget. All in all he is an outstanding salesman. That’s where my pleasant experience ended. I’m in the military going through naval aviation training, so the majority of my time is devoted to studying for this difficult training. I purchased this mattress and was assured it would arrive at the latest the next Wednesday. Wednesday came and my mattress was nowhere to be found. In fact it couldn’t even be delivered (at the earliest) for another week. I was very upset by this, as I had already sold my current bed to make room for the new mattress. After finding a suitable mattress in the same price range that could in fact be delivered the next day, all was made right and I went home. Unfortunately I had to sleep on my couch, which was very uncomfortable because of a back issue I have, and as a result I got less than 3 hours of sleep. On Thursday afternoon I called the shop (as instructed) to find out what time the truck would arrive. I was told it would be there in an hour, after Tracy had called the delivery personnel and was told by them they would be there in an hour. I allotted an extra 15 minutes into that time and arrived approximately 15 minutes after they told me the truck would arrive. When I walked in the door I discovered that the delivery truck was still more than an hour away. Tracy was furious; as was I (I had a substantial amount of studying to do and didn’t need to spend my time sitting in a mattress store). He put me in touch with the district manager named Dean, who tried to make me seem unreasonable for being upset (after explaining everything I had to deal with, between not having a mattress, sleeping on my couch, and now having to sit in the store for at least another hour). He offered to have his delivery truck deliver the mattress THE NEXT DAY! Again, I had already told him (now at least twice) that I NEEDED a mattress; I couldn’t afford to spend another restless/painful night on my couch. Essentially he had nothing he could do to help me and I got off the phone even more frustrated than I had started. Ultimately I got my mattress, but had hours of my time (and my friends time, who was waiting for me to come home to help me unload it) wasted. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone; unfortunately Tracy had to suffer because of a poorly run company that is entirely out of his control.
