Texas Roadhouse
No trouble parking parking near the restaurant. We've been there at least 15 times as my sisters and our extended family meet there for lunch on a regular basis. Service is typical for a busy family restaurant. Restrooms are always clean. The food is always good. We all have our favorites on a complete menu. Hot bread rolls are always brought to us continuously throughout the meal. Beverages are refilled promptly without the need for request. We love the appetizers. The ribs, salads, steaks and hamburgers usually make up our meals and since some of us cannot eat as much as we used to (when we were young) we often will choose to share our meals and extra plates are provided, food and money are not wasted. Still we always have take-out containers provided because we just cannot eat it all. Two of us have cards for free appetizers. Good food at a reasonable price. Eileen

Texas Roadhouse
Buffalo wings weren't edible! Ordered Medium Rare steaks and got Medium Well! Server was horrible and we had to ask 3 other servers to help us and bring us drinks, silverware, had to ask them to get her to take our order. She kept forgetting to bring us what we asked for. Spent 80.00 for nothing! Will not eat here again when we are visiting.

Dick's Wings & Grill
Not to happy you can not order 1/2 and 1/2 flavor when you order wings. That's just not right. Everywhere else you can but not here. I will not be going back. Will just go back to Beef O Brady's where they can do it with no problem

about 6 weeks ago I wrote about the fact that only on Mondays and only the individual with a military gets the 10 per cent discount at which time the owner called us to brag about how much he does for the military and promised to send us info on all he does for the military and a free dinner. well, now we know that he doesn't keep his word

DelGallo Construction Group, LLC
Jonathan DelGallo and Britton Condon were extremely fast, efficient, and the quality of work they and their team provided was top notch. Extremely thorough and only perfection was their focus. I've never dealt with anyone so committed to making sure their client is consistently happy through a project this size. Plus my wife was very happy with the work accomplished and she is NOT an easy woman to impress! She has very high standards when it comes to our home and this company met every one of her standards and then some. Bravo!! We will be having these guys do a lot more work on the many properties we own. Thank you DelGallo Construction Group for the great work!

Butch's Bistro & BBQ
I can't remember eating a burger any better than the one I had at Butch's Bistro last night! My wife and daughter each had one as well and also gave rave reviews. We had the fries, mac & cheese and red beans & rice for sides. All were very good with a special thumbs up for red beans & rice. The chocolate pie was wonderful and completed the meal. The restaurant is quaint, small and clean with very friendly service. The menu offers many other selections other than burgers and we intend to be back to try them all!

Tips & Advices
If there is ever a dispute regarding payment over the course of the project, a contractor or subcontractor could place a payment claim, or lien, on your property. To avoid this, ask the contractor to sign a lien release, which is a legal agreement that states that any payment accepted is final. This can come in handy if a contractor has his or her own payment issues with their subcontractors. Signing a lien release form certifies that any payment made by a client to the contractor is enough to pay for any goods or services rendered.
Absolutely ask. Paying too much up front offers the homeowner minimal leverage if the quality of work does not meet expectations or contractual specifications. Try to establish a reasonable pay schedule, such as paying 10 percent of the total cost for each 10 percent of the work that is completed. Include this payment plan in the contract, as well.
Before any money changes hands, there should be a contract to sign. Make sure the specifics of the work and all costs are listed in the contract, including details. If you forget to have something included in the contract after signing it, there's rarely a chance of recourse.
Ask the contractor for proof of their certification before signing anything, as well as their proof of insurance. You should also check your homeowners insurance policy to see if they offer coverage for contracted work. You may want to call your insurance provider and ask for more details on what your plan will and won't cover.
Yes. Plans for how the work site will be cleaned at the end of each day as well as at the conclusion of work need to be put in writing. An experienced general contractor should make every effort to keep the workspace clean and prevent dirtying or damaging any other area. Even so, talk with the contractor about the daily schedule, the logistics of transporting workers and equipment, and how cleanup will be handled.
