I gave these guys an honest chance. 3x I've been there, 3 different lady's. The 1st one was kinda nice but I asked her for layers (i have long hair) and she barely did anything to them, she basically gave me a trim with a tiny layer. 2nd one I told her I wanted it cut a bit above my shoulders with layers, and she refused to cut much of the length. She took maybe an inch off and gave some layers (parts of my hair was completely uneven) then gave me her card before I left. The 3rd one I call "Ms. Attitude" her body language demeanor said she either hated her job or just didn't want to be there that day, she wouldn't even look at me. I asked for face framing layers this time and not much off the length. She trimmed it and just gave me layers but it wasn't face framing and once again my hair was uneven in most parts. While she was cutting my hair she kept looking off out the big window or looking around the store. I don't know why these ladies do uneven cutting when it comes to layers, it's irritating and they don't really listen to you. I'm going to tell anyone I know who wants a hair cut not to go there. Everytime I went the place was basically empty, there may have been one or 2 other people getting a cut but that's it. Maybe that's why they act the way they do - they suck and they aren't making enough money. OH AND BEFORE I FORGET My bf took his daughter in for a cut once and we were sitting waiting while she got her hair trimmed and all of a sudden (i guess another stylist) came barreling in there crying and speed walked to the back a few seconds later a man came in looking very angry and walked straight in to the back. Drama like that doesn't need to be in a place of business. This place is awful and I will never go again or let anyone close to me go there.
first and foremost, I love my hair cuts that I got the 2 times I've been there. My negative comments are that both times when I went there NO ONE ever greeted me...the third time I was bringing my mother and we sat for over 10 minutes before someone asked if we had an appointment, I said yes and told her who we were seeing....no one bothered to tell her we were there so after 15 minutes passed our appointment, we left. Today I had an appointment and was asked after about 5 minutes of sitting there, who I was waiting for and when I told her, I was told she was in the back...again NO ONE bothered to tell her I was there. She did come out and got a lady from under the dryer and sat her in the chair so I left. I will now be finding a new hair salon where hopefully they make you feel welcomed.....this salon has a big sign that says walk ins welcome, but even with an appointment I never felt welcomed.
