Bruce's Paint & Body Shop
This shop is an insult to the industry. No wonder his PROFESSIONAL competitors are doing so well. Ask him what his guarantees and credentials are and what their backed with, (clues; No ASE Certifications, No insurance).

Pine Forest Automotive Center
Nov. 14 I took my car to Pine forest automotive beforehand I took to Firestone and Firestone said I had a blown head gasket. Jimmy I guess the manager said it wasn't a blown head gasket and said I needed a water pump manifold and new radiator. I paid $1306 for all repairs. On Nov 15 my car was still not running correctly. I took it back to Pine Forest Automotive and Jimmy told me there was nothing wrong with my car and they changed the oil. On Dec. 23 I was leaving to drive to St. Pete to see my family for Christmas. I went to accelerate up a hill and my car wouldn't go. I barely made it off the road and the car was smoking heavily. Thank God I was only 55 miles away and had AAA. My holiday was ruined!!! I was stuck at home alone during Christmas not seeing my family and no transportation. The General Manager Ernie Angeles had the audacity to not give me a full refund or not guarantee I wouldn't have to pay any more money!!!! $1300 is not enough huh?? Pine Forest Automotive is the worst shop ever they are scammers and con artists!!! Don't ever bring your car there they will definitely rip you off!!!

Bruce's Paint & Body Shop
Save your time and money folks. This is a real fly by night shop. Nowhere near as professional as his competitors. He's all talk on the phone but upon visiting you'll see why we wouldn't trust him at all. A real unprofessional shop.

Helms Colorworld Paint and Body
Drove my 1982 Corvette into get painted. Checked on it after a month and found whole front clip had been removed. He said he was restoring it and the cost would be more than we agreed on. I was upset. I told him to put it back together and paint it as agreed when I dropped it off. Now remember it ran great when I dropped off. they had it for 8 months. When I went to see the car after it was painted. the starter had been removed and I was told it would not run. It had a hole in the radiator and a spun Engine bearing when I got it back. I refused to pay full price for the paint job. Car has since been sitting in my garage and the front fender cracked from being installed wrong.....Avoid this place.

Freeman Brothers Body Shop
Worked on hail damage from trip to Texas. Very nice and did a wonderful job at reasonable price. The only draw back is they are very very busy so you might have to wait. But worth the wait!
Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
