The worst customer service ever - one star is far too many! VERY long story, but...The contract for my daughter's birthday party noted we were signed up for the jr. ninja warrior course and "Generic Birthday Tableware provided. Host will set up, serve and clean up." The host left all the tableware for us to set up on our own, carried the pizzas sideways causing them all to slide to one side of the box, asked a parent attending the party to serve the pizza and then disappeared. She said it must have been the kitchen's fault and would go talk to them. She came back over 15 minutes later to tell me they would be giving us new pizza - the kids had already eaten, I let her know we didn't want them & was told they'd credit half the pizza. She disappeared, making us wait to do cake, as she had the lighter. Once she returned, she handed my husband the lighter & left. She did no serving of cake - this was all done by MY friends. I requested we speak with the manager & when the "host" returned with the manager, they told me they would credit half the pizza. Nothing more since we had eaten some of the pizza! We let the manager know how poor the service was and requested something in addition. She left and took her time getting back - we waited 15 minutes…twice...resolving nothing! When she returned this time she was accompanied by a security guard who told us we HAD to sign the receipt or they would call the police. I noted they didn't need my signature & was told this would close the contract - even though services were not provided as stated in the contract, therefore not fulfilled. He repeated they'd call the authorities & I noted that we were not willing to jail over this, I'd sign the contract, noting on it that it was under duress. AGAIN, the manager left, charged & waited another 15 minutes to return. I signed the receipt and wrote "signed under duress" immediately above my signature. By far, the WORST birthday party customer service experience I've ever had!
