Roadrunner Rubbish Removal
This morning, as I watched from the window, the person picking up my trash proceeded to roll my trash can across the street ( as his truck was facing the wrong direction) emptied the trash can, then drove off leaving the trash can across the street. Very unprofessional and lazy. When I called the office, no one to tell except an answering machine. Their service stinks!

Roadrunner Rubbish Removal
Do not use, rude, unprofessional, and can not rely on. I ignored the reviews and wasted my time. Called for dumpster, never showed and then suggested was delivered to wrong home. Sometimes there is disorganization and people with a nice demeanor, sadly there is disorganization and people who are unpleasant. Avoid.

Roadrunner Rubbish Removal
THE WORST: Service at Roadrunner is no service. They don't come pick up the garbage, and when you call they say they will pick it up the next day, well that was a LIE. The people there are VERY RUDE. I would NEVER recommend the company to anyone...

Roadrunner Rubbish Removal
We recently moved to Payson, AZ. Our landlords were using Roadrunner Rubbish and we decided to call and switch the name on the account to ours...easy right? Wrong. We've been here for 2 weeks and have called them once a day for those 2 weeks...sometimes twice a day with no answer. We've left messages for them to call us and they haven't returned our calls. We've even gone to their office multiple times, always with a "sorry we're closed" sign on the door. There was someone in the office but they refused to open the door. Needless to say, we will be calling the other trash service in Payson and giving them our service instead. Don't choose Roadrunner.

Roadrunner Rubbish Removal
Service very poor. Hard to contact always have to leave message and they don't call back. We were on auto pay and frequently had missed pick ups. Now in February they didn't pickup at all I left 4messages over 3 week period and no CBK. Finally got a person and was advised they stopped our service for not paying bill. They claimed we were 3 months behind. When I called back went to VM again and LM I had my card statements showing payment every month they again never called back . Got female after numerous attempts I told her I wanted management to call me regarding their poor book keeping, poor service and not returning calls. Management didn't return my call either. After 3 days I called again she informed me everything was taken care of and they would be out to pick up our garbage. They picked up the container. I called back and she said we decided not to do business with you.

Waste Matters Inc
Same day delivery, nice looking can, clean can, great customer service, best price in town and knows how to treat customers. Waste Matters is all around a better service than any of their competition.
Tips & Advices
The cost of trash pickup often depends on the size of the garbage container and whether the service is being handled by the city or a private company. The monthly rate for weekly pickup of a 48- gallon garbage container can run around $20 if this service is handled by a local municipality, while pickup for a 96-gallon cart can cost roughly $22. Rates are often higher when working with a private company.
A compost cart is used for the pickup of compostable items. The list of compostable items includes yard debris, such as branches and plant trimmings; a wide variety of food products, including everything from baked goods to poultry to fruits, grains, and sauces; non-recyclable paper products such as used paper plates and cups; and miscellaneous items, such as cotton balls, hair, and wooden toothpicks.
Trash should always be placed in a trash container when possible. However, if you have more trash than you're able to fit into your trash container, some trash pickup companies will accept the trash if it is bagged and placed next to the full container. Many trash pickup companies will accept up to five extra bags at no charge.
The most common residential trash container size is 96 gallons. A 96-gallon container is large enough to meet the needs of the average family, and it's generally able to handle weekly collection cycles without overflow. This is the largest residential trash container that a garbage truck's automated side loader can accommodate.
Paint cans should not be placed in regular trash bins. Paint and paint thinners can be hazardous to the environment, and these items require special handling when it comes to disposal. If you have paint cans that need to be disposed off, call your trash pickup company to make special arrangement to have them removed.
