Regal Nails
We used to have a Regal Nails in the Walmart store here in Kennewick, WA. A young lady called Kim was the nail artist. She was so fun and friendly, not to mention that she did the best job on my nails I have ever seen. Unfortunately, the salon closed, and we don't know where Kim has gone. I have run into several of her clients and they are longing to have Kim back as bad as I am. It would be such a good thing if you could find Kim and employ her in your storeThank you.

I just got a delux pedicure today, and had a wonderful experience! They were very attentive to my feet which needed much work I must admit. I have engrown toenails, and it's important to me that they give the extra attention to them (which they did). I choose a very simple design, but they gave it to me for free. That just blew me away seeing as any salon charges you five dollars for any design. Definitely on my list to return!

At first very polite. Then the female that started was in a poor mood, put three tips on crooked and got upset because I asked her to fix only one of them. They rushed through the job and I won't be going back!

in response to the 1 star reviews..As all CUSTOMERS know, we cannot please everyone. Top Nails is a salon that is very different from other Asian nail salons - we speak English (very well & without an accent) and will thoroughly explain clients' nail issue(s) prior to and after a service, so the client understands and expects any nail issue/mishaps that should occur -and we have clients that will support us in this matter. in particular response to larissahagman 11/09/2011: There is more to your story, so if you want to provide a review- please include the rest of what was discussed. Thank you. We welcome the opportunity to service all your nail needs, and we also welcome comments - when provided to us in person, so that we may continue to provide excellent service to the great men and women in our communities.

I had a pedicure yesterday with the lady with the foam roller in her hair. She was rough with the cuticle nippers, clipping off too much! Today, my cuticles are sore and two of them look like they may be getting infected. She also used the thing that looked like a cheese grater on my feet for calluses. I am 99% sure it was used on multiple clients with a quick rinse between. I would go in and complain, but i don't know if they would fully understand. Obviously they cannot fix my over-nipped cuticles and I do NOT want another pedi from them.

I've been going to them for years and have never had a problem with the way they do nails. Plus they are always pleasant.

Awful!!!! My nails were falling off two days after I got them done! When I went back to get them fixed they acted like it was my fault!! Then he told me if they fall off again not to come back! Very rude and unprofessional! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I would give this salon 5 stars but it lacks parking space and the fact that it is a walk-in nail salon means it is always busy, even if an appointment is scheduled you end up waiting at least 45 minutes. Other than that, the nail technicians are very friendly and the services are adequately priced.

worst experience ever... my nails were bumpy not to mention the lady cut me three times. even managed to cut my skin under my nail. the polish was applied very sloppy. Im not usually the type to complain but I had to go back to have them fix them. So I went and they did look 'a little' better. but still can see some lumps in there and sloppy at the bottom of nail by the cuticle. she even managed to cut me a forth time in the same spot. my finger just kept bleeding. I also felt as they were talking about me, because one of the workers (female) and another worker (male) came to look and they started talking in their language and the man starts laughing and looking at my nails. Then the woman doing my nails would talk in her language and then tells me "im sorry, ok". I really should have asked for my money back but just thought Id suck this one up and just never go back.

I just moved to the area and was trying a new place. They were great. The place was busy but quiet. I didn't have to wait. I got a mani-pedi and the stylist spent some dedicated time on both my hands and toes. She was very detail-oriented and thorough, which mattered to me, because I hate feeling like I'm on an assembly line. The cost was pretty standard, but I like the attention I received and will be going back!
Tips & Advices
Examples of podiatric specialties include orthopedics, primary care, sports medicine, surgery, podopediatrics, and wound care and management.
Podiatrists can perform surgery on the foot, ankle, and related lower extremity structures. These procedures can range from noninvasive to reconstructive.
Podiatrists can provide stem cell therapy, custom orthotics, foot and ankle surgery, and treatment for toenail fungus, common foot issues, and ingrown nails, among many other services.
Every visit with a podiatrist varies depending on the condition and the amount of discussion and treatment necessary. Initial appointments can last up to 45 minutes, while subsequent routine meetings take at least 30 minutes.
In most cases, foot and ankle services that podiatrists provide are covered by health insurance. Not all podiatrists participate in all health insurance plans, however. Consult your specific coverage to better understand its podiatry offerings.
