Carrabba s Italian Grill is a chain of casual dining restaurants with locations throughout the United States. Carrabba s is owned and operated by OSI Restaurant Partners. OSI Restaurant Partners' portfolio of brands consists of Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Roy's, Lee Roy Selmon's, Blue Coral Seafood & Spirits and Cheeseburger in Paradise restaurants. It has operations in 50 states and 20 countries internationally. Carrabba s serves flavorful Italian dishes prepared from ingredients imported from around the world, such as fresh mussels grown in the icy cold waters off the coast of Prince Edward Island; Borges extra virgin olive oil imported from Catalonia, Spain; and Garafolo pasta imported from a small town outside Pompeii. The restaurant uses only USDA Choice beef and serves fresh chicken and fish. It also offers specialty drinks, including citrotinis, pomegranate martinis and wild berry cocktails.   • What a roach hole infested dum...

    What a roach hole infested dump! The service there sucks. The portions are skimpy. The manager Kristen could care less about you. Its all about the bottom line. Sales of food. I am still waiting after a month for the free coupon in mail. Liars! I paid for but never got dessert @ curbside service. How hard is it to place 5 ordered things in bag by counting? Total incompetence. I will smear them at every chance I get. The manager should have offered to drive to me my dessert. That would be a start. Nothing. What a dirty mismanaged dump!

    Lately, the service has been in rapid decline and now I believe I have reached the end of my days visiting this particular Carrabas location. I went to this location tonight to celebrate my Husband's Birthday. While seated, the table across from us had some commotion. It seems this location is having a very troublesome infestation of mice. There was a glue trap under the table that became noticeable when the gentleman seated at the table, got the glue trap stuck to his shoe. There were TWO living mice stuck to the trap. The manager came out and removed the trap with the two twitching mice stuck to it.

    If you can think of anything less appetizing, I don't want to know what it is. Sooooo our food came and I kept wondering how many mouse hairs were additional ingredients in my meal. Awesome thing to think about over dinner.

    I checked my table for a mouse trap but alas

    , they are only hidden under the seats in booths.

  • Enjoyed Our Experience

    This was a last minute decision that my husband and I did not regret. We were seated in less than five minutes. Our server was attentive but did not hover. The food was excellent. Our server explained that 90% of the food at the restaurant is fresh, never frozen. The quality was obvious. When the manager was advised that this was our first visit he made his way to our table to see that we were in fact enjoying our experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.
