I was in the store a few days ago switching devices. Mark Perry helped me with all of that and I'm very pleased with the customer care. All of the associates are awesome and friendly. I had trouble with my device and Mark ordered a replacement for me. Got it today and I'm in love. Keep up the good work guys :)
