OMG, the duck w/ chili macaroni and snap peas is to die for. To tell you the truth, I never order anything else on the menu although I've sampled just about everything else on the menu off of other peoples plates. The meatloaf is a close second. To tell you the truth, I think their appetizers are lacking big time, and their salads are ordinary. The duck plate is plenty of food, I never have enough room for dessert and I like to eat. Their wines are reasonably priced. The booths are cozy, great date place or for going out with another couple. Great service and friendly wait staff.

I can't wait for the Mariposa to open again this ski season and I pray that they'll indulge us with a $20.02 menu, or some likewise incentive. The service is savvy and prompt. They'll help you make wine selections. The entrees are always well-balanced (great preparations, portions)- you just wish that the chef would try out some new dishes after so many seasons. The desserts are top-notch- don't miss out on them.

I brought out of town guests for late afternoon appetizers and cocktails on 2/27/03 and we were very impressed. The mojito cocktail is the best I've ever had. We chose several appetizers and each was a unique experience, very well executed and presented. The desserts did not disappoint either. Very reasonable (for Deer Valley) prices. Don't overlook this one!

This is by far the BEST and freshest Mexican food I've eaten in a long time. The fresh salsa's are amazing, we ended up taking some to go! This is a definite place to eat if you're in the Park City area!

We eat here at least once a week....so good, affordable and great service! Our favorite dishes are: Fish taco's, Carnita's, Chili Reno's, and Mini Taco's pestor. We love this place!! They have a salsa bar with great variety! A definite place to check out!! :)

Definitely a must taste! This restaurant is perfect for a date, special occassion or just treating yourself. Not only is the food amazing the ambiance never disappoints. Although nothing can compare to truly being in Italy, Ghidotti's definitely tries hard to set the scene and the mood. A little pricey but a wonderful experience that pleases the palate. Set on the outskirts of Park City by beautiful Pinebrook you don't have to worry about main street parking and there is a theater next door for dinner and a movie. Patio dining in the summer. I would urge you to look at the website to see the pictures. I consider myself a little bit of a food snob and Italian is my favorite cuisine. So if I recommend this restaurant that says something. Not only that but unfortunately since moving to Utah from Florida I have only found maybe a few restaurants I would even recommend and this is one of them

We live here in Park City with 5 kids and have been eating at Davanza's for over 26 years... and it only get's better with the latest family of owners. We are partial to the Town Lift location, but avoid it on a local school holiday or weekend in the winter with every middle school & high school kid in town eating lunch there while skiing... I think their pizza is just OK, but the tacos and philly cheese steak sandwiches are AWESOME... the buffalo wings and burgers are also great. The historical beer can display is quite impressive... it looks like a ""dive"", but is just good cheap food, and fun place to watch sports on the many TV's... But ask them to turn down the music so you can hear the ""play by play"" on the game. Former owners were HUGE Chicago sports fans & Utah Jazz fans, but now the employees would rather listen to music... Come here dressed as you are, and ejoy a great time with food & TV...

Food ended up being terrific, the server sounded a little over friendly but ended up being helpful. I am not sure I'd think of it as my preferred place, but I'll certainly be back here for sure.

We had an incredible experience at Chimayo. It's expensive but worth every penny. I had the prime rib because of the accompanying potatoe stuffed with shrimp and spinach. It was simply amazing. The other member of my party had the elk, which was exquisite. We highly recommend it.

My best meal in town. I got the steak and frites and it was cook to perfection. Service was great and the environment is friendly and homie. The only down side is their dessert menu. For a French restaurant, they didn't have any great dessert but otherwise, loved this place and will definitely come back again.

Lay back, sip on some great beer and have a good time. My wife, son and I shared some pizza and drank some beers. The waitress was very nice and the pizza was tasty. We liked the atmoshere and the prices were reasonable. If you like beer with no taste or body(ie Budweiser) you probably will not like Wastash. Wastash does avoid one of the main problems with MicroBrews. The beer is not heavy or yeasty. It has a good taste and a clean finish.

Actually, Noneofyour, as a long time regular I can tell you that virtually all of the food is prepared, in-house, from scratch. All of the protien is fresh never frozen. The meats are all from high-quality, free-range sources. The ceviche: made fresh in house, the fettuccine: sauce made in house from scratch, the bison burger: top quality, never frozen and even the buns are delivered daily from a local bakery, the Jambalaya (my favorite): everything from the sauce to the seasoned rice to the annoduille sausage, all prepared from scratch in house. You shouldn't go spouting of about things you clearly know nothing about.

I ate ate the Flying Sumo last night with a group of friends - 8 of us in all. We had a wonderful experience. The restaurant is under new ownership and Emmerson could not have been nicer or more helpful in hosting our group. The restaurant was full capacity - the Tuesday night special is 2 for 1 sushi rolls - there is quite a local following which speaks well for the Flying Sumo. Our waiter was very attentive. We had a Groupon to use for the night and the waiter took the coupon and gave us excellent service without another mention of the coupon. The Sushi was fantastic!!! We ordered 8 different rolls and all of them were excellent and presented artfully. Our favorites were the Tropic Thunder roll, the Utah roll, the Spider roll and the Sunset roll. They were amazing!! We had a delightful meal and were allowed the luxury of not being hurried through our meal - not always possible in a resort town. My friends are planning on getting together regularly at the Flying Sumo. It was a fantastic meal, excellent service and a great setting.

We ate there a few times, a few years back and it was excellent. Great pizza, pitcher of coke, Good chicken. Great customer service. Tricky parking. If you are not familiar with the area, they have weird digital parking meters in park City. Find a parking lot and walk.

Grappa is definitely the BEST restaurant in town. The food and ambiance takes dining to a whole new level. The servers are professional and knowledgeable. Hosts are personable and helpful. When in PC this definitely needs to be on your list of things to do. Along with Grappa, the Bill White Enterprises group also owns three other dining pleasures in town, Chimayo, Wahso, and The Windy Ridge Cafe.

We had 5 adults in our party and all of us loved our food! The duck was amazing, the black code was perfect, the seared ahi was ultra fresh and the chicken was moist and tender. We cleared our plates! They had the best pomegranate mojito and the Wandering Poet sake was absolutely delicious! While our meal tended to be on the pricier side, it was not unreasonable for the level of quality of food and service we received. Our tab, with appetizers, drinks, entrees, and coffee was roughly $75 per person. I've dined at many nice restaurants throughout the US and this restaurant is definitely up there with the best of them! To top our great experience, I accidently left my iphone at the restaurant and the bus boy found it and returned it to me!

This is the best restaurant in Park City. My boyfriend and i went to dinner last night for our anniversary and fell in love with this place. The staff is friendly and the food is amazing. I had out of this world almond encrusted salmon, and he had the scallops on risotto. I am a chef and very hard to please. But this place has everything down perfect. .. I guess they should after being there 18 yrs!!!!

Chef Montecot should be commended for putting together an excellent menu and executing it perfectly. I have a fantastic petite filet mignon, my wife a giant center cut pork chop. How he pulls off a grand marnier souffle at 8400 feet is a mystery. Add in competent and knowledgeable servers and we found it one of the best meals we have had in a long time.

Nine of us in our party went to the Hungry Moose for dinner after a day of skiing last Feb. 2008. They got us a large table in the sports bar downstairs so we could all sit together. Their menu offered something for all of us. I had the buffalo burger and my wife had the chicken fajita salad and both were great. It was busy that night but our server gave us great service. I thought you could not get a good drink in Utah but our server suggested the Blue Cadillac Margarita which was really really good.

For a Godiva Chocolate Fondue soooo delicious, this is the place. Fresh fruit and cheeses for dipping...During the off season, the Cabin has been known to offer a 2 for 1 special, and if 4 people go, you get this incredible dessert free. Four of us have gone, split a bottle of wine, and spent under $100 including tip. Not bad for PC!d
