    The worse customer service I have ever had! I have been literally been waiting for 3 months for my alarm system to be transferred over to my new house. They keep giving me the run around saying they are trying to figure everything out and get my $3,000 alarm system transferred soon and it has yet to happen. Word to the wise, I would never use this company because they will trap you into an unbreakable contract and provide you with the worst service this Globe has to offer!!!!!! Please be smart and don’t make the same mistake as I did and use an alarm system that has more then 2 reviews that are more then 1 star each!

    Worse company ever!! I am continuously getting phone calls from everyone I set up with this company, they don't finish what they install let alone even install everything I gave the customer. If you want to protect your family, steer clear of this company. Their monthly is even more expensive then other companies, and out of the entire company there is 3 people in the office to handle everyone's needs. If you don't want the worse experience of your life then don't call this company.

    DO NOT TALK TO THESE GUYS! They use high pressure sales techniques. Neighbor was talked into sales and the installer showed up 10 minutes later. No copy of the contract was left and no state required cancellation form. They pick on the elderly.

    Be very careful!! They "sold" my 87 year old mother, with advanced dementia, an alarm system even though she already had the same exact alarm on the wall. This system was being monitored by a sister company, and even though Global put their box on the wall 3 months later it was still being monitored by the other company. Been trying for 2 months to get it cancelled and they keep taking money out of her account .

    Strange sales tactics. Tried to tell us we needed our water tested...how does that relate to a home security system? Didn't trust the sales man after he started talking about the water testing.

    I would recommend this company to anyone who needs an alarm. The sales rep was so nice and caring and made sure we were satisfied. He even waved all the install fees. The technician was professional and installed our new touch screen system within 2 hours! Very satisfied! !! Thank you guys!

    We would tell you to be very careful before using this company for security the salesman will tell you anything but do nothing we are still trying to get our account straight after 8 months. Not really sure we are getting good monitoring since we haven't needed it. No one is ever in the office to handle complaints.
