Beaches Construction Co
My window installer recommended Mr Ken Karr at Beaches Construction to open up a brick wall. Mr Karr's quote was 1k more than the lowest quote I received, but I went with him anyway. After the engineer report came back, Mr Karr doubled the price. So I went looking for another bid and got a reputable contractor for the job that was 1k less than Mr Karr's original quote; even after looking at the engineer report. Mr Karr continues to play games, his knowledge base is questionable, and he prays on individuals in need. I would not use Mr Karr or his company, Beaches Construction even if they were the very last construction company in PC!!

Coastal Wildlife Removal
Charles was very polite and helpful with our raccoon problem. They had gotten into the attic and had baby raccoons and made an awful mess of it. We had several holes in our roof that his team sealed up so there are no more raccoon families getting into our attic. Very helpful answering all my questions. A big relief!

Coastal Wildlife Removal
My husband called Coastal Wildlife Removal because we had snakes under our house in Lynn Haven and we did not know if they were poisonous or not. Charles was very informative and assured us that it would be a smooth process which it was. Great service.

Tips & Advices
Baits can be effective in situations where you're dealing with a relatively small number of pests. But in cases where there is a full infestation, pest control sprays usually provide a quicker and more thorough solution. Keep in mind, though, that sprays can be toxic to both humans and the environment. In many cases, baiting can be a safer and less hazardous choice.
Yes, many commercial pest control companies offer green products. Certain pest control chemicals can be harmful to both humans and the environment. Some commercial pest control companies use eco-friendly, biodegradable options to keep pests in check, with active ingredients such as mint, rosemary, thyme, boric acid, and diatomaceous earth.
In many cases, pest control methods used in commercial and residential environments are the same, but there may be differences in the way these methods are implemented. For example, both residential and commercial pest control may incorporate pest exclusion, which aims to keep pests out by sealing and securing a building's access points. Since many commercial facilities cover much more space than the typical residence, implementation of this approach would be different.
Commercial pest control differs from residential in the amount of care required. Because many commercial facilities are much larger than the typical home or apartment, commercial pest control often entails more frequent service. While residential pest control usually requires monthly or quarterly service, commercial pest control may take place on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Certain pests are common in commercial settings. Rats and mice plague many businesses of all types. In addition to carrying diseases, such as tuberculosis and salmonella, rodents can cause costly damage by gnawing into pipe work and electrical wires. Bed bugs are a growing nuisance. These pests may be found in hotels and student accommodations, and they can even infest office furniture. Flies are commonly found in restaurants, bars, and food factories.
