Aquaphina Pool and Spa
Ok so I have to admit I am a tough customer to work for when it comes to contractors. I generally do not trust any of them and have been cheated before. So I am over all a skeptical guy when speaking to pool sales people. We took bids from about 6 different companies and finally settle with Aquaphina. I mentioned to Saul that one of my big concerns outside of quality of work was the time frame. I grilled them on every angle I could! Well as soon as we signed the very next day we had the pool dug and the process in motion! I was amazed at how fast and efficient they where. As things went along we asked for some changes, which they did no problem, and stayed involved with every little detail. They came through with everything they had promised. We had actually left for a vacation and when we got home the pool was already plastered and full of water! It took them 4 weeks flat to get it done. I was very pleased and actually surprised that they could pull it off. The guys who worked on the pool where great and very respectful. We are always concerned with people working on our property. But they where great. Our pool is awesome and we are just starting to use it. I literally can try to nit pick things as best as a can, and I just can't find a thing to complain about. We are very happy with our decision to go with them.

Very unhappy with their service due to unnecessary delays. The pool is done in steps, all with subcontractors. They will not schedule future steps each part is completed. Literally weeks wasted. We are now 3 months into building the pool & I'm waiting 2 more weeks for the final step/plaster to be completed. I was told 4 weeks ago that the pool would be ready in 2 weeks. I'm also waiting for them to repair the damage done to my property. They broke the concrete in the driveway the very first day & my front yard sprinklers have been unusable due to broken pipes in other areas. My only hope is there will be no problems with the pool so I never have to deal with them again.

Buying a pool is a huge investment, so I had 4 estimates from different pool builders and Aquaphina was by far the friendliest and most affordable. Eric was very honest and had great advice and ideas for not only the pool we now have but for the future of our backyard; were working in phases to accommodate budget. I was also very pleased with the communication and updates that were given through each phase of construction. The only complain I have was the tile they had in their showroom wasn't available any longer but Doris, the secretary, was very helpful in selecting a similar option from another company.

We started our $125,000 dollar pool project on 4/7/12 here we are in October and the pool is still being worked on. They subcontract to unqualified contractors, make false promises and do not answer any calls regarding concerns but rather text you BS and don't show up to fix the problems. There in NO communication or customer service

Just a moment...
