Brock Plumbing
I had a water heater leak in the middle of the night it was making weird noises I was going to wait until the morning but wife was scared that it would flood the house so I have dragged my tired self out of bed to deal with finding an emergency plumber. Most of them did not even pick up the phone even tough they were advertising 24 hour service. One guy said that he has to bring a new water heater and the only one has is the most expensive one to install (of course). Finally I have found Mel at Brock plumbing he said he can take a look at it and try to fix it he arrived in 30 minutes. Turns out that I needed a new water heater but he said to wait until morning and he will find me a 40 gallon water heater for almost half the price of the other crook that I have talked to he did not charge me anything did not even asked for deposit of course I have bought the water heater from him the next day and he did a great job installing it I now have a plumber for life

John Manning Plumbing
i have used John Manning twice in my rental in Palmdale, California. The first time i got different estimates and varied from $200-$5000. One company suggested that they hammer jack my driveway, reroute the pipes and one to simply change the toilet. John Manning came in and did not charge me to run the snake with camera to get the proper diagnosed. The problem was efficiently fixed . He was flabbergasted and disgusted with the recommendation from other plumbers . He fixed both issues main sewer back up and sprinkler valve.Guys if you need someone who knows plumbing from inside out and a company with integrity it is John Manning plumbing. I only call one company. No more stress in getting estimates from different company. They gained my confidence and trust.

The service we received was excellent in every way possible. From the moment our serviceman, Robert, introduced himself to the final inspection of the completed job it was an overall pleasant experience. Robert was polite, neat engaging and answered our questions and satisfied our concerns completely by showing us each step of what he was going to do. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I would venture to say that this experience exceeded our expectations. My wife and I would highly recommend manning Plumbing to all.

Wonderful experience working with this company. The owner, John, actually comes out to service calls with his employees to assist and meet customers. Not only did they tend to the service call but John also went out of his way to assist my family with additional concerns with septic issue that we were having. He even called back after a week to follow-up. I highly recommend working with this business if you want a trustworthy and personal experience.

Linda C.John Manning Plumbing had excellent service and workmanship. The crew that pumped out the septic tanks that I had did so in a professional manner and took the time to let me know the size of the tanks that I had and a little about them. I also had a repair job on a water line that they took care of after they finished the septic pumping. The plumbing job was done quickly and I was very pleased with how everything was accomplished.

John Manning Plumbing
The plumbers who came out to my property were very professional and easy going. Living on acreage on a hill, they didn't complain once about having to make frequent trips down to their truck and back throughout the job. They went above and beyond and did extra work to accommodate the situation at hand concerning our washer. Polite, punctual, informative, and they cleaned up after themselves.

John Manning Plumbing
Today we had to have them come out and fix the sink in our garage. It was leaking pretty bad and they came out and they replaced the hot and cold stems in the faucet. We also had him add a metal inspection panel to make turning off the water at that end of the house easier. We have had them fix things for us before and they always do a great job.

Tips & Advices
The following tools and common household objects can be used to clean drains at home:
  • A plunger
  • A drain snake
  • Baking soda
  • Vinegar
  • Grease-fighting dish soap
Homeowners can mix boiling water with any of the last three products to break up grease and grime.
The main ingredients in clog removal liquid products are sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite. According to the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, both break down into relatively harmless components when it comes into contact with water or soil. However, both substances cause mild irritation to skin and internal tissues.
Also known as a drain auger, a drain snake is a coiled device around ΒΌ-inch thick. To use a drain snake, put the end into the entrance of the drain. Turn the handle to force the snake deeper, using extra pressure to force it through the bend in the pipe. Keep turning until the snake hits the clog, then either pull the snake and remove the obstruction or force it through. Once the snake is out of the drain, run the water on full blast for a few minutes to ensure the obstruction is completely removed.
Plungers don't damage residential pipes, but the force created by the act of plunging weakens the seal between the toilet and the floor.
Many plumbers, both local businesses and nationwide chains, offer emergency or same-day services.
