I called leonadro t v repair, he came out said my t v want mother board, 200 dollor later he bring the t v back, used it for 2 days broke same way, called him back , came back after a week , took it and after 2 weeks he bring it back , 2 hours later break down, called him a gain he comes take it brought it back later in a week, we hung it on wall turn it on 20 minute later broke down, now we fighting to get our money back and no response, this is bad , scam and wrong, we still has the warrenty for 90 days and expire on july , and this guy keep dragging the problem, till the warrenty expire, watch out for this company , scam,
Horrible experience trying to preorder a Galaxy s8 from hereSo I preodered my phone and all was good I came in on launch day to pick up my phone. Unfortunately while they were trying to activate my phone with at&t I was told I could not port my phone number to my new Galaxy s8 so they gave me a temporary number and told me to go to at&t to Port my number.I ended up going to at&t they gave me a number to call, I called that number, they told me to talk with bestbuy, I went back to best buy, they gave me a number to call, I called that number and they told me to go to at&t, and finally at&t told me to go back to best buy.This horrible back and forth experience was enough and I decided to return my phone , so when I go to bestbuy to return it they want to change me a $35 restocking fee for returning the phone cause they screwed up in the first place, not only that but they told me at&t is going to charge me a activation fee and minutes used on the phone.So in the end I don't have the phone that I preodered and I actually owe money just cause this best buy has no idea how to run their cell phone department, I never experienced anything like this I'm never shopping here again and I would not recommend this best buy to anyone.
Best Buy is a group of slippery dirtbags, I purchased a T.V and noticed the salesman hesitating as to what register to use (therer's a reason) He ended up using the register in the T.V dept. When I went to return my T.V the manager said they would have to send me a check. They have a sign above the checkout stations that states all refunds over $300.00 will have to be made via check.Wait a minute I paided cash, yet my refund was going to be mailed to me. Now I did not catch it at the time, but that is why the salesman checked me out in the T.V. dept. so I would not see the return policy The T.V. dept did NOT have that sign posted in their dept.The main reason for writing you a check EVEN when you paid cash, is because they have an account that draws interest, that is funded by peoples cash. If you have a million people due a refund at $300.00 (or more) each ....well thats $300 million dollars in that account.What would $300 million dollars earn in interest for lets say for a week. Easy math. Their salepeople are liars, I called to see if they had a productand was told"Ya we have it" only to drive down there and find out they did not,and never did have the product. The only reason I gave them Two stars is because I had a Viper alarm system installed there and that dept, did AWESOME work.And I returned a broken Razer gaming mouse, and was given 100% of my purchase money back, after one and a half years of use. I do believe Best Buy will claim bankruptcy within the next year (my opinion). I love YP it lets you PAYBACK all the Bad Businesses, while praising the Good Ones
If i could give this place no stars i would, worst experience ever. I only went to this place because of the ONE good review there is but unfortuately i didnt have the best experience. At first everything was good. The reapir man arrived at my house to pic up the T.V ( even though he charged me $ 30 to drive a few blocks ) then he said my repair will take 1 week. After a week i called for update and he said the part has not arrived and it would take another week. 2nd week passed and i called him again ( i never received a follow up call ) He said it would take a couple more days to finish up. Those couple of days turned into another week. 3rd he finally calls me and tells me the T.V was repaired and ready for pick up. I show up to test the T.V and lord behold, the repair never happen, it was like nothing was done to it, same issue with no improvement. His reason behind it was that he might have received a defective part and that a replacement would take a few days. At this time i was fed up so i decided to go elsewhere with my bussiness,,, 3 weeks of wasted time.
