Dear Sir, this note is to thank you for running such an outstanding professional team ! Yes, this is a genuine compliment. It started years ago, but a toilet clog sat afternoon, 4/5, lead me to call your firm, and surprise, a pleasant, articulate, knowledgeable and competent lady, Tina, made the fix easy. Forget the fact that I was calling from our home in Newport Beach about our condo in Palm Desert, where my wife was with 3 other ladies on a girls weekend out. Yup, Tina coordinated via phone with Sandy, my wife, and dispatched Jesse promptly, to the rescue. Another pleasant surprise, Jesse was a hit with the ladies......wow 2 hits out of 2 ! All I can say is we are happy to be your clients. Thanks again for your professional services from KC's Plumbing, Palm Springs. Please consider giving both Tina and Jesse a well deserved compliment !

I have hired them to do several plumbing jobs around my house. They are very professional, knows what they are doing and most importantly they don't not charge you for unnecessary repair. I have also referred them to my friends and will continue to do so.
Tips & Advices
Water discoloration is  likely due to old iron pipes, or recent use of a hydrant or water main that disturbed the usual flow of water. Keep your water running for a minute or so and it should run clear after a while.
  • Are you licensed and registered?
  • Are you insured and bonded?
  • How many years have you been in business?
  • What, if any, professional associations do you belong to?
  • May I have a list of references?
  • Do you offer a written warranty for your work?
  • Will I need a permit for this work?
It is important to have a written warranty for any work or repairs done to the plumbing in your house, especially if it is a major repair. Look for a professional  who is willing to  stand by his or her work.
Before you hire a plumber, contact their past customers if you're able to. These people can be a wealth of information if you ask them the right questions. Pose the following queries to these former patrons when you get the chance:
  • Were you pleased with the work done?
  • Was the project completed on time?
  • Did the plumber give you a written warranty and guarantee his or her work?
  • Were there any unexpected costs that arose?
  • Would you hire this plumber again? If not, why?
A permit provides added assurance that the work is done correctly. Having this in place means an inspector will check the work your contractor or plumber does to ensure he or she did the job correctly. If you plan on putting your house or commercial building on the market, a real estate agent and prospective buyers will want to check any large work you did to make sure it was done properly.
