Property Concierge of Pagosa Springs
I used Lisa at Property Concierge to get our cabin ready for our arrival. Lisa shopped for us and had all the items we asked for at our home when we arrived. She helped us book some activities and had lots of fun suggestions for our family. It was so nice to not have to worry about all that when we got there. She also put a couple surprises in our cabin for us! A+ service all the way! I would highly recommend using Lisa when In Pagosa Springs!

Property Concierge of Pagosa Springs
I had grown tired and frustrated with my old property management company. I decided to give Lisa a try. What a difference. Not only do they make my home look great for guests, they know how to communicate. I am notified when home is clean and ready. They let me know when supplies are low, and best of all, I am treated as family. I cannot say enough positive things about Pagosa Concierge.

We had some remodeling done to our vacation home in the high country of Colorado. Lisa was there almost every day to insure the work went according to plans and she actually got the project completed ahead of schedule! She was the eyes and hands on site that we needed. Thanks Lisa M Golf

Lisa has always made sure our home looks great for our arrival. She even made sure the Filet Mignons we have shipped in were all wrapped and put away in the refrigerator awaiting our arrival. Thanks Lisa for all you do for our familyC.K

Tips & Advices
Provide the landscape designer with photos of designs you find attractive and might want to emulate. Gardening and architecture magazines can be useful in this regard. It's also important to let the landscape designer know how the  space should function. For example, a space that is being used as a play area for kids will have different objectives from a space being used to entertain friends. Finally, have a clear idea of how much you are looking to spend, since this will impact the build choices made by the landscape designer.
Many services offer long-term contracts that include regularly scheduled cleanings. These contracts sometimes, but do not always, result in discounted prices. Most cleaning services offer discounts in exchange for customer referrals.
Homeowners should review their cleaning service's damage/breakage policy. Some businesses compensate for damaged items, while others do not.
Not always. Before hiring a cleaning service, homeowners should confirm the company verifies its employees' identities and performs background checks. Those planning to hire a self-employed cleaner rather than go through a business should inquire about background check options available from their state's attorney general.
  • The annual costs. Weekly services quickly add up, and homeowners may need to pay additional taxes if they choose a self-employed cleaner.
  • Language barriers and miscommunications. Some professional cleaners might speak English as a second language .
  • Background checks and employment verification. Homeowners can be held liable if they employ a person not legally permitted to work in the U.S.
