I contacted this dealership through email and was very pleased with the amount of business that I was able to take care of through emails. I have a Cadillac dealer 5 minutes away from my home, but when I went there to look at the Escalade, I had a horrible experience with a salesman who was eating while speaking with me and showed other bad habits. I chose to drive out to Oxnard because I felt like I was going to get the best deal possible there and I was right. We met with Ray Kolbe, who proved to us that we were at the best dealership. He spent a lot of time with us, took us for a test drive, and was never pushy. He understood what we wanted and did not pressure us in any way.I still looked around, but no other dealers could beat what they were offering us.After I purchased the Escalade,Ray spent over an hour with me explaining all of the features of the car. I felt like he went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased with my purchase and felt comfortable with the car.

Peace of Mind. That is what I received when I was introduced to the wonderful 'auto consultant' at Alexander Cadillac. The reason why I use the term 'auto consultant' is because that is the experience I received, let me explain. There were no uncomfortable and pushy sales tactics typically used by car salesmen. Ray was kind and honest and truly wanted to find exactly the right car for me. He was sincerely interested in what I was looking for, listened and met my needs. I am not one to buy a car on the first trip to the dealership. Ray understood this and did not try to push anything on me when I left the first time. He gave me his card and smiled as he said see you soon. :) After I did my due diligence I found out a Cadillac was the best car for the money and I bought my new 300+ horse power ATS. I am very happy. Oh, one more thing, the finance fellow Justin was also amazing. With the same mantra as Ray the documents were signed and ready to go without any hassles.

Edward was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! My husband and I just bought our black Honda CRV from there about a month ago, and he was an exceptional sales person. We didnt feel pressured at all, and he was easy to talk to. I really felt like we could tell him exactly what we wanted and what we didnt want. The Manager of the dealership, was a sweet upfront guy. He seemed genuine and honest. He really worked with us, and made sure we were happy with our purchase. The financing guy....I forgot his name : / Tall hispanic thin man, was funny. He had a great sense of humor and definately made us feel comfortable while signing paperwork. I think the three individuals we were assisted by were great, and a month later we are still very happy with our purchase, and going to their dealership. We've been to quite a few while searching for our car, and this one stood out. Very different vibes then most people would assume would be at a dealership.

We knew what he wanted, and the whole time you can tell he wanted to make sure we ended up with it, and at the best possible price for both of us. The GM or Head of the dealership (Dwayne) was slaving away at a desk, which is understandable when you have paperwork for vehicles, but he took time to stand up, shake my husband and I's hands, and introduced himself and ultimately accommodate us the best he could. Our last encounter was with a tall hispanic gentleman that worked in financing. (Moises)He was honest, upfront, and had a great sense of humor. He didnt try to push us into buying any extended coverage we might not need, and gave us his opinion on what would best fit our needs financially. From the moment we walked through the door, the smiles, the introductions, the communication, the "Were HERE for YOU" was definately present. Id give this dealership two thumbs up!!!!

We purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon XL over the weekend at Alexander after shopping and comparing prices in Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks and online. Working with Edward Martinez at Alexander, he was able to beat every other deal we were offered and gave us a substantial amount for our trade-in. Once we came to an agreement on price (over the phone even) we were in & out of the showroom to sign paperwork in under 30 minutes. Our new vehicle was washed, we were given a full tank of gas and Edward took the time to activate various technologies & pair our phones. I'd highly recommend Alexander for their pricing and willingness to negotiate. For a salesman, definitely go see Edward Martinez. He worked really hard to ensure we got the deal we wanted and was personable, friendly and eager to help us in any way we needed.

I came in here to get alterations made to a company car. Normally I hate coming into dealerships because their customer service is normally not the best, from my personal experience anyways. However, When I came in I was greeted and assisted right away, Ruby was amazing! She was genuinely nice and professional. She took the time to take me out to the lot and showed me different colors/styles I could chose from. She seemed to be very knowledgeable and recommended options. I saw how the other two employees interacted with their customers and they too were professional and courteous. I spent about $1,300, the job was done very well and I received text notifications updating me on the truck's status.

Best service i have had in many years. Junior Santoy Service Advisor has so much patients. It hurts when one gets schooled in life by a young man half his age. I was a smart ass, rude, loud idiot, but yet this young man was soft spoken, patient, and went the extra mile for me. If i would have been him, i would have told me where to cram it. Always in the future i will try to have more patients and always refer to my experience at "Alexander Cadillac" and "Junior Santoy" for a great example in being polite and even tempered. This is why i drive from Westlake Village to Alexander, rather than Silver Star which is 1 minute from my home. Thank You.

Amazing personalized Service. Joel listened to us, never once called us to harass us, but always took our call or called us back when we had a question. All the other dealers started calling non stop and tried applying major pressure for us to purchase right away. Joel was patient and knowledge. We knew we wanted a Yukon XL (Denali), I knew the color and all the extra's I wanted, and I knew the price I was going to have to pay. I felt that Joel specifically didn't try to haggle with me, but was straight forward, honest, and trustworthy. They even delivered the car to my house and I got to sign all the paperwork in my home. Amazing service.

Purchase of new Cadillac was simple. Negotiated everything I wanted over the telephone. The salesman was friendly and accommodating. He was not a high pressure guy and worked with me for a couple of weeks until I was ready to purchase with the best terms. Everything was as expected when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. The process was quick and without hassle. I did have to bring the car back for a service appointment about a week later, but it went smoothly and the service department was friendly and easy to deal with.

My wife and I drove all the way from West Hills and bought a Buick Verano.. We drove this distance and it was well worth the trip. We dealt with James Pugliese who treated us as people and not just a dollar sign. Polite, courteous, honest and respectful applies to the entire dealership.The entire experience was positive and we received the best deal ever. I researched prices on the Buick website and knew the programs offered. They were right on and did not veer one penny.They are as good as it gets.
