Do NOT shop here! They have very good customer service in the showroom; but they CAN NOT continue the same customer service outside of the show room. I purchased a full bedroom suit and was very excited to receive this beautiful furniture... but here we are almost 4 weeks later and they still have not delivered everything... This whole adventure has been a never ending series of unfortunate events; 1) a headboard never came in 2) they NEVER called to deliver any thing, I called time and time again following up on the deliver 3) the delivery guys show up in my driveway while I was at a FUNERAL asking where I was and that they were there to deliver part of my order 4) the delivery guys informed me that one of my dressers was broken so they didn't bring it 5) horrible communication PERIOD 6) the poor sales guy tried to rectified the situation and promised to hand deliver things 8/20 after we came back from our son's US Coast Guard graduation that we drove to Cape May NJ 14hrs away, only to hear that he was by himself on the promised day in the store and that everyone else was out of town; DUDE you told me 1 week in advance that you would be at my house on sunday and now you are alone in the store? Save your money, your sanity and yourself and SHOP ELSE WHERE!

I purchased a couch from Pier 1 which was a Crandall product. Within 6 months one of the cushions was defective. One side stayed dented in. I kept thinking I could push it out but two cushions are attached so can't reverse them. I still have my receipt and finally notified Pier 1 about 18 months since purchase. They said was normal wear and tear and wouldn't do anything. This was a $1400 couch. My last couch I had for 14 years and no,problem. Am hoping maybe the company will do something about it. Pier 1 would not do anything. I am near on end wouldn't even commend look at it. Sent picture too. I could use some help. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Hard to see well in picture but then a hard lump in another area of cushion.

Spent over $5000at this place. Would not suggest anyone to go there. Ordered furniture on June 3rd 2017 and they were saying that my couch wouldn't be in until August 22nd. Magically after asking for my money back they found one. Now I have a couch in my house that is broken and a bed that is broken and every time I call and give my name they hang up as soon as they find out it is me. Horrible customer service they don't want to give you your money back or fix anything

Customer service sucks. Lie to you. Wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have too. Won't be going back. Called then to pick up the furniture and get my money back. Won't suggest anyone to go there.

It's been a month after I paid cash for my bed and I still don't have one. I've been lied to every step here and they refuse to give my money back where I can get one elsewhere. Manager will say anything to get the sale. Not sure if I'll ever get my bed. After waiting a month they're saying six more weeks. Don't let them order anything and definitely don't pay up front

I spent $2000.00 in this store just after it's Grand Opening. No follow up service after the sale. Never got a call see if I was pleased with the furniture. Promised a free area rug and 6 months later still no rug. Called and complained multiple times and the manager will never call you back. I have made my first and last purchases here and so have my family members.

My husband and I recently bought our first home. We were eager to get furniture to fit but we wanted something top notch that would be beautiful and durable- something we could have for years. My husband and I have different tastes I like traditional, light, beach type feel, he likes leather, deep seats. Sonya Young helped us compromise on something that met in the middle :) the light traditional style I wanted, and the leather my husband wanted. She went above and beyond while we continued to price furniture with other furniture stores in Evansville, Owensboro, Nashville, and Ohio county. We know the furniture well as she spent time turning it over showing us how it was built, the pros and cons, super honest, and for top grain leather, affordable! The delivery guys were very professional, and detailed, extremely quick too! Thank you thank you Ashley Furniture and Sonya Young, she's a rockstar!

King's Great Buys Plus
I purchased what I thought was a new Electrolux refrigerator 2 yrs. ago. At the end of March 2016 the computer boards were going bad. April, May and June new computer boards. Then it was the inverter on the compressor, not a problem, faulty board. I called Electrolux and found out my 2 yr. old fridge is actually 8 yrs. old. I was told , "that's probably why you are having problems getting it fixed." I would be out of my mind to buy and pay 1600. for a 6 yr. old appliance. I was told by Kings, "we buy appliances by the pallet and didn't know the fridge was that old." I have a big problem with Kings lack of disclosure with the age of this fridge. The lack of communication with Kings is ridiculous. "we'll call you back." Yep, I've heard that a few times. I have an extended warranty. The last repairman here was told by his service tech that my outlet was wired incorrectly! LOL My patience has come to an end with Kings. Be careful when purchasing appliances here.

This store is a scam purchased protection plan for my sofa and recliners. My sofa cushions are out of shape and it creaks and cracks after being only a year old. I thought the protection plan would cover this but it is useless buyer beware the warranty is horrible and the customer service is also once you have made your purchase. I believe the furniture comes from a wholesale sale warehouse in Evansville and they just mark up the price because I have seen my sofa advertised on tv for 2 hundred dollars less than what I paid. Please don't shop here!!!
