Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services
I will never use your service again. The guy you sent out was hunny this hunny that and touchy feeley while he was here. Didn’t know how long the parts he was putting into replace in the top of my toilet was warrant for . He basically charged me 147. For his labor of 15 min. And 30 for parts.... never never again will I be so desperate to use your service nor will I ever recommend you to anyone else. Only cause I couldn’t post without giving some kind of rating

I though Dave S. #0393 did a great job at my house. He was very knowledgeable and professional and explained everything he was doing. Even though it was late at night he did a thorough job and was not trying to rush his work. Will definitely be using him again.

Dwayne (#3453) did a great job. He quickly diagnosed our problem and corrected it. Not only that he fixed our toilet while he was there. That type of service is the reason that I call roto-rooter.

Larry had a great attitude. He was late to my appointment. His GPS sent him to the wrong address; by the time he realized, he had already contacted the resident; instead of being dismissive and leaving, he stayed and talked for a short period. That was the right move in my opinion. Always be respectful whether it's returned or not. When he told me what happened, we laughed about it. We had a nice visit, and he took care of business. Larry's a good one; don't let him get away!

They came out and assessed the backup, let me know what each option would cost and made it as plain and simple as could be. Very honest, clean and prompt service. I'd recommend them to anyone who is seeking plumbing service and wants to be treated right!
Tips & Advices
  • Are you licensed and registered?
  • Are you insured and bonded?
  • How many years have you been in business?
  • What, if any, professional associations do you belong to?
  • May I have a list of references?
  • Do you offer a written warranty for your work?
  • Will I need a permit for this work?
It is important to have a written warranty for any work or repairs done to the plumbing in your house, especially if it is a major repair. Look for a professional  who is willing to  stand by his or her work.
Before you hire a plumber, contact their past customers if you're able to. These people can be a wealth of information if you ask them the right questions. Pose the following queries to these former patrons when you get the chance:
  • Were you pleased with the work done?
  • Was the project completed on time?
  • Did the plumber give you a written warranty and guarantee his or her work?
  • Were there any unexpected costs that arose?
  • Would you hire this plumber again? If not, why?
A permit provides added assurance that the work is done correctly. Having this in place means an inspector will check the work your contractor or plumber does to ensure he or she did the job correctly. If you plan on putting your house or commercial building on the market, a real estate agent and prospective buyers will want to check any large work you did to make sure it was done properly.
A trustworthy plumber will have both commercial liability insurance as well as be bonded. The insurance and the bond protects the plumber from paying for any damages made to your house out of pocket. Having professionals that carry both of these policies can protect all of you from any mishaps that could occur while they work on your building.
