I look at Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki as the "poster child" of how ALL dealers should operate. I have nothing but good things to say about the service dept., and customer service are truly the best by far anywhere. I called in today with a question about my 2015 VX Cruiser, and was explained in detail the possibilities of what may be the problem and without hesitation was aaked to bring it in a.s.a.p.to get it checked. The staff here are always very knowledgeable, couteous, ready to help, and go above and beyond to help their customers.

The people working here are the lowest, most manipulative and untrustworthy sort of dealership people I have ever encountered. I bought a brand new bike from them one year ago under a two-year warranty, which they initially tried to sell me for near twice the MSRP. Around 800 miles, it began shutting down mid-ride. I had to bring the scooter in three times for this same problem, and each time the service department claimed they were never able to duplicate the issue and never figured out what was wrong, although they replaced a few minor random parts. The last two times, my scooter was there over a month while I was given the run-around about them communicating with the manufacturer over warranty issues. I finally decided that I'm going to sell the bike cheap or just throw it in a dumpster, but after it being in their possession since December while I fought through a BBB complaint with the manufacturer, the gas has all gone to rot and it hardly runs; they couldn't be bothered to take care of it, apparently. On top of all this, they've lied to my face numerous times and been outright rude, hostile, and condescending, verging on outright sexist. NEVER EVER EVER do business with these people.

Do not buy a bike at this shop. I recently purchased a used bike here. I was told that the bike had been serviced and was ready to ride. Within three days I had to bring the bike back because it did not run right. I left the bike for a few days and when I called the service tech told me the bike had not been serviced and the sales guy told me it was ready for pick up. I picked it up and three days later I brought it back because it was still not running right. It has been almost 2 weeks now and I still do not have my bike back. I called today and was told it still has not been worked on and that sales had not authorized the tuning service. I am getting the run around and the service has been awful. There are plenty of other places in town to buy a bike so do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this shop.
