No one likes creditors. None of what has been said previously happened to me. I needed to pay them quickly and have a reciept because I was trying to get a new apartment since I moved. I called once and they didn't answer, called again after a few minutes and got a very polite girl on the phone right away. I paid the debt and she sent me the reciept the way I asked and even asked me if I needed further confirmation that she may have been able to provide. Remember: these people deal with angry voices all day. Treating them with calmness and being kind can go a long way.

A Plus Service! The company has several employees, all well informed on consumer laws, and collections guidelines. After discussing the accounts with Teresa, we were able to determine the collector broke 2 laws under the FCRA, and fined for over $2000 Dollars! Your update will be done on time, however I found it best to use the secure connection for a faster answer to questions.
