A 1 since 0 is not an option! This branch, which is the main office for the Orlando area, has a revolving door when it comes to clerks and supervisors. The customer service is horrible! If you are just going in and making a quick transaction is fine but, if you need any answers, help or additional information, everyone reacts to it as if you’re inconveniencing them. They always respond with a bad attitude and very dismissive. There is absolutely no willingness or desire to provide proper customer service. They all start bouncing you around, and every one of them sends you off to the next one by simply saying, “well… it’s not my problem” or “I don’t know what to tell you; I don't know what to do”. Completely unacceptable! And sadly the first person to respond with a “not my problem” demeanor is the supervisor. Diplomacy here does not get you anywhere. Only after arguing, fighting and putting pressure can you get the supervisors to lift a finger to look into any situation because they just want you to sit back and wait while they pass the ball from one to the other and no one does anything to solve the problem! My husband and I have both worked in customer service for over 20 years and have always taken pride in going the extra mile for our customers; it makes us feel good when we can actually help someone. Even when the solution is not up to us or we do not have the answer right there and then, we always take the initiative to provide an excellent service by offering to do any and all inquiries necessary to get our customers the response and help they need; which is exactly why this behavior from them is so frustrating to us.If you seriously need help from them with anything, my suggestion is to get the Postal Inspector or Postmaster involved if you want solutions.

I wish I could give this place negative stars!!!! The bitch picked up the phone and I informed her that my package has been stuck there, and she said she can't do anything about it because I'm not in the factory, then why the f*** you collecting free money for? She then said hold on and then hung up on me, called again and then she kept hanging up. Then she continuously picked up the call like an answering machine, and then just let the phone ring continuously. I am fed up with this place. Just fed up. And then when I call the USPS call center there is a 1 hour wait time. Great so now you want me to wait for 1 hour for something that takes 30 seconds to pick up from here and put into this truck?????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? DO THEY NOT SEE ALL THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS THAT SOME OF THEIR LOCATIONS ARE GETTING???? LIKE HOW IGNORANT ARE YOU PEOPLE?

Incompetent. The Mail Carriers consistently place packages in the wrong mail boxes or place the keys to a parcel locker in the wrong mail box.

RATING "00" This office is a good example of why people use fed-x and ups anymore, and do everything online, went in to get a passport app., they should just have them laying on the counter, but thet were out, so I asked the post office clerk working the floor, and he replies, " well young lady, you will have to stand in line just like everyone else" ( completely insulting me , in his tone of voice ) in front of all the people in line; that was at least an hour, I felt so belittled I left, went there the next day, stood in line, same man came and asked if I need help and again I asked him " I just need a passport app" , he walked to the counter from yesterday ( where they were out, the day prior) REALLY!! I asked him if he remember me from yesterday, no reply. This whole office is just RUDE, remember folks, if it wasn't for your customer you would be unemployeed.

We've been waiting for 3 weeks now to get a key for our mailbox. Every time they promise us we'll get it in a few days and nothing happens. We can't get our mail and they just don't care.

I can't stand this post office!!!! they never pick up the phone, it rang about 32 times (about 12 min) and no one picked up...Love my mailman (Hector) he gets 5 stars but if he's off my outgoing mail never gets pick up..IF THERE"S A SIGN THAT SAYS "PICK UP" just PICK IT UP!!!!!...

I have not had too many complaints about the customer service at this location until today. This morning I went to mail a package to my nephew who is serving overseas. A blonde middle aged clerk was very rude to several people ahead of me who did not have their label filled out. During a lull I asked for a customs form and instead of just handing me one she told me to get one near the entrance to the office. When my turn came she asked me in an officious, loud voice if my label was filled out. I asked her to tell me if it was properly filled out and she looked at it and just shoved it back and told me it was not. When I got home I looked at it and realized that I had not signed or dated it. This is why people are disgusted with the postal service.

SERVICE AT THIS DELIVERY OFFICE SUCKS! I MAILED A CHRISTMAS PACKAGE THAT TRACKING HAD VERIFIED HAD BEEN ATTEMPTED ON 12/26/2015 AT 3:35 PM. I CALLED 800-275-8777, ON 12/27 AROUND NOON TO INQUIRE AS TO PROBLEM AND GIVE CORRECT ADDRESS AGAIN IF NEEDED. I FIGURED PACKAGE WOULD STILL BE THERE AND BECAUSE I SUSPECTED I MAY HAVE BEEN A COUPLE NUMBERS OFF HOUSE ADDRESS IT COULD BE CORRECTED AND REDELIVERED. WOMAN ON PHONE SD PKG WAS IMMEDIATELY RETURNED TO SENDER AND CONFIRMED THROUGH TRACKING. after WAITING A WEEK AND STILL DIDN'T RECEIVE RETURNED PACKAGE, I CHECKED TRACKING AGAIN ON JANUARY 3RD AND SEEN THAT IT WAS JUST RETURNED ON THAT DAY AT 1:14 AM! I MUST ASSUME THAT SHE NEVER CHECKED TRACKING AS IT WAS PROBABLY "TOO MUCH WORK TO PUNCH THOSE FEW KEYS" AND SO JUST LIED! THE POSTAGE WAS JUST UNDER $35 AND TO EXPECT TO PAY AGAIN ANOTHER $35 TO RESEND AND EXPECT THE GIFT RECIPIENTS TO WAIT ANOTHER FEW WEEKS (PROVIDING I EVER DO GET THIS PACKAGE RETURNED) LEAVES ME FURIOUS. I TRIED CONTACTING THE POST MASTER AT THIS OFFICE AND WAS NOT ABLE TO GET CONNECTED THROUGH THE USELESS VOICE PROMPT SERVICE CONNECTED WITH THE ABOVE NUMBER!!!!
