Best flower shop in Florida!! Trusted this flower shop with important family events (weddings, birthdays, and holidays). On time delivery with great attitude!!
They handle their business and I really appreciate that!! Excellent job! My friends absolutely loved the basket of chocolates and snacks that I ordered. Thanks
The flowers bouquets are always amazing and last forever. To put a smile on my wifes face, I always call this florist and order Roses and Lilies and my wife loves them.
I just called these people and the woman was horribly rude and hung up on me. Get your flowers from someone else. They are hateful!!!!
wow they took my order at 3pm and delivered it at 5 to my home and saved my life .....great job
The Worst! The people were rude and nasty. The shop was a mess with two little kids and their toys all over and the floor was filthy. My order wasn't ready and then they gave me the wrong thing. She did take off the price of one corsage but no way would I go back and be treated like trash. A real shame. They don't belong in Hunters Creek!
Terrible customer svc, terribl quality, delivery 36 hrs after order was placed. Divery at 8.30 pm after my birthday was over. No phoncalls returned.
Hands down the best florist I've found in Orlando! Thank you for the awesome service and flowers!
Just. Don't. Go... Don't. When I walked in, there was a fuss going on in the back room. I heard a kid say several times, "There's a customer." Then Anne fuss over who was going to deal with the customer. When telling her what I wanted and asking a few questions, the sales lady got impatient with me. She also basically told me I would get whatever flower they had in that day. When I said I'm not sure I would be happy with that, she said "Why not?" Just was far below the midst basic standard of customer service. Ironically, there seemed to be a man on his knees praying at the front door when I walked in. They need prayer. That might be the only reason they are still in business.
DO NOT use, they do not pay their bills, return call or make any effort to pay their debts to the florist they farm their orders out to, strictly a call center order gatherer, again DO NOT USE, bad customer service
