Seralago Hotel & Suites
Spent Labor Day weekend 08, between Fay & Gustav. Rained for 3 days, cloudy on the 4th day. Hotel personnel were great, staff were extremely helpful. Great location when your stuck at the hotel. Multible resturants within walking distance for every taste. Resturant inside the hotel was a bit on the expensive side for a breakfast buffet but was good. Disney land crowd meant too many kids. Bar was never open! Snack bar was reasonable and open almost all day & night. Great amusement park and shopping next door. If you stay here, go to the Old Town area. Good rides, shopping & music. Didn't eat at the 50's theme resturant, but it looked great. Pool areas were clean and neat. Staff came through every so often just to tidy up. Even with the bad weather it was a good trip and If I can afford it I'll stay again. Not luxury, but good!George & PaeSuk in Kansas

La Quinta
We have stayed at some nice La Quintas. This is not one of them. I haven't been this grossed out by a hotel in a long time. The remote had bits of pizza (I hope) on it, the bedspread was visibly dirty, the A/C had broken/missing slats, and there was hair stuck to the side of the shower. If you doubt it, see my photos. I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me.

Four Points by Sheraton Orlando International Drive
This hotel looks a lot nicer from the outside than it does when you get in your room. Our shower/tub didn't drain well, so by the time you finished your shower you were standing in 4-5 inches of water.

Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel by Marriott
I wanted to compliment your staff. I have traveled to many places, and your staff went above and beyond. They provided first class service, which was refreshing at your reasonable prices! The rooms were very nice. The Host for your morning breakfast service, could've been a little nicer. I still tipped, but not as much as I normally would've have. Acted as if I wouldn't want to pay for my breakfast, lol. But the food was delicious! I will stay again!

Delta Hotels by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista
We stayed here not long after it opened. It was very clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Really nice pool and breakfast in the morning was reasonable. Reasonably priced as well.

Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress
Our family has stayed there twice for 2 gymnastic competitions my daughter participated in. Both times, the hotel was packed, but their service was never compromised. The rooms are clean, comfy, and have beautiful views. On year we had taken a red eye and arrived at 6 in the morning. My daughter had to compete that day and the concierge arranged for us to have an early check in for a very reasonable fee. We were able to sleep and she was rested for her competition. I was so grateful to them and I will never forget their amazing service.

The front desk personnel were very professional and completed the check-in process quickly. The room was very quiet and the bed comfortable, leading to a great sleep. Check out was very fast.
