Friday Night: Excellent Cheese Pizza, Saturday Night: (2) Cheese Pizza's NO FLAVOR. Owners refused to remake pizza's and or provide a refund, this after making several follow-up calls and waiting 3 days for a refund decision. AMEX contacted to dispute Saturday's transaction. This business just lost a loyal, high volume customer, forever! Please do not patronize this business, unless you wish to purchase a substandard product coupled with substandard customer service, while paying a premium price. It's Little Caesar's for now, until I can find a new local pizza parlor who believes in providing a consistently superior product, while respecting their loyal customers. Summary: Inconsistent Product & Horrible Customer Service. Grade: F.
pizza is great , wings ,salads and Sub excellente ,5 start kind of place ,i love this place even the selection of music is greater ,, i highly recommend to every one is closed to the airport and parking is not a probleam
Worst experience ever. The delivery guy came with the intention to deliver the wrong pizza. As soon as I paid, he bolted to his car and when I realized he already left, called and they put me on hold. The pizza I ordered was a steak and cheese, they delivered BBQ chicken, the pizza was cold, the BBQ sauce seemed to be expired as it tasted weird, soggy, worst pizza ever, don't buy!
Good pizza. However, we order on a regular basis and had 1 bad experience and will never order from there again. Our wings were delivered without sauce and the pizza itself had cheese that had accumulated on one side when delivered. No big deal. Called to say that we ordered on a regular basis, sent pics of the issue and were told our order would be a credit for our next order. We called tonight to order and were then told first that we didn't have a credit, then when we explained, they told us we we would have to pick up to get the credit even though we always get delivery and did so when the order was incorrect. I understand mistakes are made and that's okay. It's about what you do to make it right. When we got the credit after the first order, I felt they did the right thing. But trying to collect the promised credit was completely different. Stay away. Go somewhere else.
