I went to this particular shop because they are... either corporate or franchise, and the one I normally go to was... (the other)... so these guys had a better special, and they are both just about the same distance from my house. Not their fault, the stupid website doesnt let you leave a personalized note with specific instructions (or anything else we need or want to tell them for whatever reason), so after ordering online I had to call. Well EVERYONE was taking advantage of the special that nite so the lines were clogged, and by the time I got thru, my pizza was already in the oven. I wasnt happy but I didnt make a big deal about it... then the more I thought about it I was like, I cant believe Im buying a pizza from a shop right down the street from Orlandos redlight district slum, JUST SO I CAN SAVE A DOLLAR... the place is probably filthy... and if the punk I was just talking to felt like I was arguing with him hes probably making SURE theres cockroaches in it, if there arent already..; So yah, Im just about sick from food poisoning before I even get there... and as Im pulling up I notice it looks kinda... bright... so that was a little comforting considering the area I was driving through to get there... and when I open the door and walk in the place is IMMACULATE; I mean SHINY, SPOTLESS clean... the employees are all also clean, and super friendly, and even very respectful, to all the customers (regardless of everyones... differing... culture (my side of the counter looked like the DNC, and theirs actually looked like the RNC that night!?), Im telling you, if Hotel California was being piped over the PA I wouldve ran for my life... then the manager, who was apparently waiting for me, and also about half my age (Im 42), comes up to me all professional and apologizes, he -italics- shakes my hand, opens the box up and asks if Im sure everythings ok, or did I want him to make me another one- it looked so good I almost shoved my face into the scalding pizza while he was holding it (and when I got home it was AWESOME.) So yah, after I did shove a few slices down, I had to share my bitterness'n'fear-turned-shame'n'delight with their online feedback, assuring them that their pride-and-joy of Orlando sits like a golden palace in the middle of the ghetto... the next day the district mgr calls me to tell me they work very hard at that store, and my feedback made it all the way up to... some national Vice President. Eh, then the next few times I went there it was still very clean but they seemed like pretty typical teenagers, which is fine and normal, and actually a bit relieving cuz that first experience got uh... kinda spooky... and the food has always been great so they always take their baking seriously, which is all that matters to me: I would MUCH rather have good food from a clean restaurant with even the most obnoxious service I ever had, than uh, ANY lesser kind of food or hygiene! So dont storm out of there without your food just because they seem... less than overjoyed to see you, because YOU will be overjoyed when you eat it!

I grew up in Orlando, so I can tell you first-hand that finding a great hairstylist is like looking through a haystack trying to find a needle. By the time I found Joseph, my hair was over-processed, orange, and completely damaged and dull looking. He managed to turn it all around. I am half Moroccan, half American, and my hair is thin but a lot of it, frizzy with no defined curls. He knows how to work with my hair! No stylist can tame my hair like he can. i receive compliments daily about how healthy my hair looks, and how beautiful the color is. Joseph has a gift. He is able to look at you and determine which color will match your complexion, all while working with you to design your hair around the style you want as well. He is also HONEST. He will tell you the truth about the state of your hair, such as if it is too damaged to have anything completed at once. He doesn't waste your time or your money. If you read any negative reviews, that is exactly where those are stemming from. We are so accustomed to walking into a salon and receiving service no matter the condition of our hair. And then we wonder why our hair is in a mess in the first place. Go to him. This man is a hair GURU. Im thankful to say i have finally found a hair stylist i can stick with. 2 years of doing my hair now!
My name is Simone. I visited Hot Hair Studio for the first time on March 20th and was greeted by courteous, professional staff. In addition to their superb customer service, hair tech, Lisa, performed an awesome job on my hair with a thorough wash, deep conditioning, blow dry, and perfect trim. It's been five days now and I'm amazed that my hair style has lasted this long. What I also enjoyed about this salon is the fact that they don't overbook like most salons do and that was very important to me. They also offer an array of other hair services, waxing, and facial treatments. They are conveniently located near the Millenia Mall in the Northbridge Shopping Center which is within walking distance from my home. I will be returning on a consistent basis to get my hair done and experience some of their other services soon. I simply could not continue through the rest of the week without giving them a review; for so many times we as consumers bring forth our complaints, but businesses should also receive words of compliments when due. I absolutely love this florist! I had been looking for a very specific type of flower for a funeral because of the story behind it. I couldn't find this flower anywhere in the state because the flower typically isn't in bloom until later and companies just wanted to sell it as bare root. I was kind of losing hope and then In Bloom Florist showed up on my search. I gave them a call even though this flower was for a funeral and not a wedding and I have to say how thankful I am to the owner, John, for helping me. He is a genuine person and really wanted to help me with this particular flower. He found someone that had the flower, disclosed how much I was looking at paying, and then had the flowers sent overnight. They were ready the next morning and I was given instructions on how to take care of these flowers and was able to go to the viewing, which I thought I wasn't going to be able to make. Awesome owner, awesome florists. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who's looking for flowers for any occasion because this company goes above and beyond to get you what you're looking for.
I ordered on a Friday night. The place was busy, so the order took about an hour to be delivered (they warned me before I ordered, so no problem here). I ordered a small chef salad, cheese sticks, gyro, and fries. I literally live right down the street from the restaurant. The deliveryman appeared lost, and was more interested in the cops driving by on the main road, with their sirens on, then on promptly delivering our food. All the food arrived room-tempurature (hot was cooled, cold warm warmed).The salad was fine (decent portion size and good amount of ingredients for a small). The cheese sticks were rather tasteless, and the crust itself even more so. The marinara could best described as watery, sweet, and oddly seasoned. The gyro was bad, being that the pita bread was stale, the lamb overcooked, and as size goes, it was rather on the small size...not worth the price. The fries were, well, generic tasting.The only saving grace was that when I complained the owner apologied personally and offered to make amends. Not sure if I'll take him up on the offer though.

I received truly excellent service at Vape 'n Brew last month (about February 20th, 2016). I was traveling and my e-cig started leaking and wouldn't come apart. I found this store via internet as it was the closest to my hotel. I was quite frustrated because I hadn't been able to vape for about 1.5 days and had been trying to fix my e-cig. I was very fortunate to be waited on by Nixon. He actually took the time to take apart the tank, clean it, and find the problem (a bad coil). Then he tried to replace the coil but they were out of that type. After much discussion, he realized that I would rather spend money on a new tank than go to another store to buy a cheap e-cig that may or may not last the rest of my trip and he found a tank that fit my unit. He saved my trip from being miserable, and he saved my colleagues from dealing with me being a total witch on this trip! Thanks to Nixon and whoever hired him, I'm a very happy customer! They also have a great selection of vape juice.
