Fences in FL PC
I chose this company because they are all over the internet and most of the reviews were fine. I signed a contract with this company and paid 50% deposit. after waiting for more than four months for my fence and installation, I asked for my money back. Carlos refuses to give my money back. To make matters worse, fences fl/Carlos ardila has filed for bankruptcy. They claim to have a warehouse loaded with fencing supplies. It's all false. Stay away from this company. Do serious research if you are considering doing business with this company or the owners.

Toranzo Fences & Gates
They are abosolutely the worst. No professionalism. They did real shabby job with my backyard fence. With both Matthew and Irma, my fence was the first one to loose all the panels even before the peak storm reaches us. When I inspect the had cut the panels so short that it barely holds in between the grooves. I am going to complain to BBB against them. They never return your call once the work is done. Never believe this company as they do not have any ethics

The Railing Factory made the railings for the balconies of my rental apartments. They powder coated the railings with the exact color I had in mind. Thanks for turning my vision to reality!

Kyle and his team were outstanding. We got a new puppy who needed the run of the yard...Kyle and his crew worked in the heavy rain to finish our fence on that day. I was impressed on the level of service and commitment. Thanks Kyle! Little Abby loves her new fenced in yard....Barbara

Toranzo Fences & Gates
My husband is a disabled veteran and senior. He put a deposit down on a fence with the understanding a full refund would be given back to us if we were unable to put together the rest of the money. We have been trying for several months now to get our deposit back. Our phone calls and messages have not been returned. This company was presented to us as a Christian based company that was interested in helping the veteran. We are beginning to feel like we were taken advantage of.
Tips & Advices
Homeowners should work with a fencing contractor who is certified by or a member of one or more trade organizations, including American Fence Association or the North American Fence Contractors Association.
If a contractor requires an immediate decision, asks you to pay cash or doesn't provide an estimate.
  • Ask for portfolio examples
  • What's their reputation?
  • Is the work guaranteed?
  • Is there a warranty?
With exposure to the sun and the elements, wood fences are prone to cracking, warping and cupping. homeowners are encouraged to clean, seal and stain their fence at least every three years. Clean the fence with a specially formulated cleaner. After 15 to 20 minutes, use a pressure washer to remove any mold, mildew and debris from the fence. Then seal and stain the fence to protect it. An oil stain is recommended, as it penetrates the material and can maintain its condition for years.
Homeowners may use soap and water to clean off these materials, but they generally don't require much more than that. These options can be good for those that want a sturdy but low-touch fence.
