Just Puppies
I am sorry to read these types of reviews because are either untrue or exaggerated. There is a reason several veterinarians in the area have purchased their own family pets from Just Puppies and that is because this business is very selective in choosing the breeders they receive their puppies from and they stand behind them. Additionally, if your puppy develops a cold or illness within the first month after they are adopted Just Puppies absorbs the cost of any and all vet treatments needed. Our vet purchased his golden retriever from Just Puppies and she is now a beautiful healthy adult dog with a wonderful personality. My husband I have shared our lives with Rottweilers for years who were shown at dog shows around the world and were both National and International Champions. A year ago we were devastated to learn that my husband's health issues were due to a previously undetected allergy to our Rottweilers. We went to Just Puppies to look and fell in love with two adorable Morkies who are now our family members. The staff at Just Puppies were friendly and helpful. We couldn't have had a better experience. Lily and Hank are gorgeous, sweet, healthy, and loving. Every time we visited Just Puppies the facility was clean, odor free, and filled with happy healthy puppies waiting to join their new families. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Tips & Advices
Pet owners usually sign a waiver stating that any injury or illness a dog suffers while at daycare is the responsibility of the owner. However, most facilities carry liability insurance and pet business insurance in the event of a serious incident. To prevent illness, facilities are strict about requiring proof of vaccination and general health from a veterinarian prior to accepting a dog. However, in an off-leash setting, scuffles or fights might occur. Reputable facilities will often hire vet assistants who can treat minor injuries and under-the-weather dogs.  For anything more serious, a good daycare should make it a priority to get the dog to a vet, and get in immediate contact with the owner.
