AMAZING experience! I had a booking on Expedia next door with Advantage. After they screwed me over, I tried Economy. I got a brand new BMW X5 for $40/day, and was not pressured into buying extra items I didn't need. See below for my review on Advantage:*****ADVANTAGE REVIEW******NEGATIVE 2 STARS IF POSSIBLE! Booked on Expedia for pick-up on September 10 at 5PM. The shuttle was quick, which was where the good ended. When I arrived, I had to take a number, and sit to be called?? Then, after about 20 minutes, I went to the counter. The agent said they were out of convertibles, and that they could give me either a compact car for the same price, or I can upgrade to a cadillac ATS for $30 MORE per day. I told the agent that this wasn't my fault that you were out of convertibles, and should at least upgrade me for free, not that I wanted an ATS. Cadillacs are so ugly. The agent wasn't willing to assist, and there was no manager. I then proceeded to walk outside to the shuttle area so I can get a shuttle back to the airport. While standing outside, I did see Economy Rent a car next door. I walked over there to see what they could offer. When I walked in, they too were busy, however the line did move quick, and they had baristas giving samples of their drinks while you wait. When I went to the counter, I told them I don't have a reservation, and that advantage pretty much screwed me over. They advised me that they were short on cars, but that they will check what's available. They told me that they are out of Camaros, but that they can match my convertible price, and I can receive a convertible VW Beetle. I told them I'll take it if I must, but wanted to know what the other options were. The agent told me that they have some full size passats left, or premium Dodge Chargers SXT. They also said they have some BMW X5s, or 5 series. I asked them how much the X5 would be, and they said $40/day. That was CHEAPER than my convertible at Advantage. I told them that I will take the X5. The car was GORGEOUS. It was the newer design, and had a huge panoramic roof, and navigation system. It was pretty much fully loaded. They also offered me free coffee inside. I was really happy with their service. DO NOT RENT FROM ADVANTAGE!!! They will screw you, and leave you. Economy was great, and happy I tried them.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
After a few hours of driving following the pick-up of my rental car at MCO, my companion and I stopped to pick up some items in Crystal River, FL. Upon returning to our car (which only had 9K miles on it), we couldn't get the key fob to work (laptop and all other possessions trapped in trunk car on a nearly 100 degree day). When I tried calling the Enterprise office in MCO, I couldn't get an answer or talk to a real person. I finally reached the nearby Enterprise office in Crystal River, FL and was treated poorly and as if they had nothing to do with the Enterprise corporation whatsoever. I and ended up having a three-hour long fiasco involving getting stuck in a thunderstorm, getting picked up and dropped off twice by the people in Crystal River because none of us could get the key fob open to replace the battery after my insistence that they resolve this instead of me having to call roadside assistance. On top of that, dealing with a rude manager at the Crystal River location and paying for a new key fob battery that ended up being the wrong voltage because the guy in Crystal River wasn't paying attention was a fun way to start a vacation. Ultimately, it wasn't the end of the world and thankfully, I was only on vacation and not headed to any sort of important meeting, but it seemed pretty unfortunate that the wrong battery had been in the fob the whole time, apparently. However, upon returning my car to MCO, the manager (Brandon, I believe) was extremely apologetic and discounted my rental as compensation for our troubles. He also explained that the cars come from a variety of sources and that while they do thorough inspections, the batteries on key fobs aren't necessarily checked unless they don't work. So, yes, I would rent a car from the Enterprise office at MCO, but never Crystal River!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Not a great experience for us. We rented a full-sized car because there were 5 of us with a lot of luggage. As we walked out with the attendant, I felt like I was with a slick used car salesman. He immediately tried to up-sell us into a small SUV, claiming it would give us more room. I've driven the smaller SUV's and the storage space is actually less than that of even a mid-size car. After we turned down the opportunity to spend more money for less storage, he suggested a Sonata. I told him that we were supposed to get a full-sized car like the Impala. He insisted that the Sonata was a full-sized car and that it had a larger trunk than the Impala. I had issues with the fact that the Sonata was considered a full-size vehicle (not by ANY reputable organizations) and that he insisted the trunk was larger. We were tired from our trip and just wanted to leave so we took the Sonata. It was a very nice car but definitely NOT large enough as a full-size car would be. When I returned the vehicle and expressed my disappointment, the attendant tried to convince me that the car ws indeed a full-size car simply because the Enterprise sticker said so. After explaining that no-one else considers this a full-size car (one company lists it in the small-car class), he did end up apologizing, but the whole experience with Enterprise left me feeling a bit "used". I've started a new job that will require me to rent more and more cars. This experience definitely has me leaning away from Enterprise. I've already tried another company and felt that I received friendly, honest service.

I'll gladly give 4 stars. On a recent 4-day trip to Orlando, I reserved a Chevy Volt. I have never driven one so I was very excited that Enterprise had one available. But to my disappointment, when I arrived, the car was there, but the keys weren't. Apparently the driver who brought the car up for rental had inadvertently taken the keys with him when he left so there were no keys for me to rent the vehicle with and no other Volts for me to take. :-( Bummer. I was thoroughly disappointed. The customer service manager on duty (don't recall his name) felt my pain and in an attempt to make me happy, told me to pick ANY available vehicle that I could see in the lot (except the Premium Cadillacs, which I understood). So I opted for a Mustang. Even though I wasn't getting the gas mileage and driving experience I was hoping for, the power and sexiness of the Mustang helped to ease the pain in my heart. Lol. I applaud the customer service mgr for giving me that option. He understood that my happiness with Enterprise was paramount and was willing to make the financial sacrifice to keep my business. The Mustang rented at twice the rate that the Volt did but it was a quick trip and I was expected to bring the car back before the weekend so I don't think that Enterprise was missing much by letting me rent the sports car to keep me happy. I would have given 5 stars but I have to remember that they did mess up my original reservation. :-) Go Enterprise!

Rented a Chevy Volt during a business trip just because I was considering buying one for myself. Thought it would be nice to live with it for a week instead of a quick test drive at the dealership. I asked the friendly young lady if a charger was with the car and she said no but that it should be ready to go. I turned on the car and the battery range showed 0 miles left. Of course the gas engine recharges the battery and the fuel tank was full but what is the point of renting an "electric" car if the battery is depleted and the gas engine is used? I took the car anyway and 2 days later, I find the 110 volt charger in the trunk and plug the car in at the hotel. Got the battery charged up to about 16 miles of range and put $1.50 in gas when I was returning the car. When I returned the car, the gentleman checking me out turned on the ignition and saw a range of 16 miles and said "Did you forget to refuel the car?" I showed him that the fuel tank was full and told him that I was giving it back with more range than when I received it. We chuckled and he gave me my receipt. So...I liked the people, somewhat liked the car but I won't be buying one now. But, I think its wrong to rent out an extended range electric vehicle not fully charged and fueled and not know that there is a charger in the vehicle that can be used to recharge it overnight.

My transaction with Enterprise Orlando airport location has been without a doubt my best rental car experience to date. I have rented from many other companies over the years and in the past when I have traveled to Orlando I would use an off airport company because it was a few bucks cheaper. On this trip I was in a bit of a time crunch so I read the great reviews about Enterprise location at the airport and figured I would give them a try. Well my experience was EXCEPTIONAL! To start it all off, Enterprise was the only rental car company that did not have a long line of people waiting to be serviced. Upon arriving at the sales counter, I was kindly greeted by Marcus where he very quickly processed my reservation. After just a short walk out to the out to the parking garage, I was kindly greeted by Kyle who very generously upgraded my vehicle class for free because they were sold out of the basic car I had made reservation for online. So in no time at all I was out of the airport with complete satisfaction in Enterprise's services. Marcus and Kyle were very prepared in their service and had a wonderful attitude! I will definitely be using Enterprise again in the future.

You can't go wrong by renting here. I rented from them from 10/31/15 until 11/4/15 and they had the lowest rates advertised online. When I arrived at the Orlando airport, all the companies inside had lines that could've easily been 1-2 hours long.I walked outside to the shuttle area for economy shuttle, and within 10 minutes they arrived. the shuttle ride was quick. They had a line as well, but not nearly as long, plus they had a lot of rental agents when I was there, so I assume they planned better. I was at the counter for no more than 5 minutes, then they brought my rental up. I got a nissan altima, which was a mid size car. I paid $13 per day, plus $5 for the toll option I added, and for the additoinal driver fee, since my cousin was going to drive as well. The agent who helped me was very polite, and gave me great tips for my stay. They also were kind enough to print directions to my resort. I wasn't pressured nto upgrades or additional insurance, since my credit card covered me for insurance. Will use them when I return in March again.

We chose to rent a car in Orlando because it was cheaper than the cost of shuttle fees to and from the airport. The customer service on site was wonderful. We did run into a couple problems though. Upon arrival, they didn't have a car that fit our request so we got an upgrade, but we had to pay the upgrade cost, which defeated the whole point of us trying to save money. They did wave the gas cost, but because we only drove to and from the airport, there was no real benefit. Finally, upon returning we realized my husband left some belongings in the car. When I attempted to call (while he ran back down to the rental area) it took several attempts to navigate the automated system just right to actually speak to someone at the Orlando location to ask about the missing things. This obviously isn't an issue with the Orlando staff, but with Enterprise's phone setup. If you needed to speak to someone onsite urgently, it's not easy to do. Overall we would certainly rent with Enterprise again, I would just hope nothing went awry.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
The service at this location is great, much faster and more efficient than many other Enterprise locations. Staff is very friendly. However, the car I had was AWFUL. We got a mini-van from this same location 2 years ago, and it was very nice and had DVD players in back for my kids. However, this time, the van we got was several years old, wasn't clean inside OR out, reeked of cigarette smoke, and had almost 40,000 miles on it. No DVD player, no USB outlets, no bluetooth, no satelitte radio. It was like I got a car out of a junkyard. I was SO disgusted and disappointed, but at that point, we had no other options. So, I drove an old, dirty, smelly van for TWO WEEKS and paid almost a thousand bucks for the privilege to do so. At that point, they had me over a barrel. I'm in Orlando, thousands of miles from home, with my kids for a vacation. I had NO choice but to drive off in the ONLY mini-van they had to offer. Not cool Enterprise, definitely picking another company next time.

We rented a car at the Orlando Airport for a conference. The service was excellent. The car was impeccable. On the last day, we developed a medical emergency and my wife was hospitalized. I called to extend the rental time for an unlimited amount of time because of the unknown forecast of my wife's illness. The customer service rep was exceptionally great, and we had no issues extending our rental time. We have rented from Enterprise in all of our trips and vacations except in 2014, and we had a terrible experience with the other company. We made it a point to rent this time again from Enterprise, and we are so glad we did! We would never make the mistake of renting from any other company ever again, you has always met and exceeded our expectations.Thank you for your service, for having well maintained vehicles, for having great customer service, and for the efficient and speedy check in and check out you provide!!! We always leave very satisfied with your services!!
Tips & Advices
Although special insurance isn’t always legally required for a moving truck, all auto insurance providers and moving specialists suggest you buy the special policy from the moving truck company. This is because most auto insurance policies have exclusions for covering vans and trucks over a certain size, and also because auto insurance will not cover the personal property inside a moving truck.
In order to drive a rented moving truck, a person must be on the rental agreement. Just as with rental cars, getting another driver put on your rental truck agreement may carry an additional fee per day.
Moving truck rental cost does not include the fuel cost. Make sure to find out from the rental company if there is anything to know about the type of gas the truck requires, as well as the location of the gas tank.
The rules about moving trucks and weigh stations vary somewhat by state. Some states do not require trucks to stop if the occupants are doing a personal move, not commercial moves. Others require all commercial trucks to stop, regardless of what they’re calling. When in doubt, stop.
Yes, pets are allowed in some moving trucks. However, all moving companies clearly state that renters should not put pets in the cargo area, and that pets should be in a transport carrier or properly harnessed for everyone’s safety. Moving truck rental companies all have clearly posted pet transport safety tips that you should review before moving day.
