Classic Mazda
Very pleasant experience at classic mazda Orlando. After going to a dealership in miami ( brickell mazda) in search of my car (2015 mazda 3) I left the place totally disappointed because of continuos lies and games played by their sellers .I contacted classic mazda, they answered every single question I had, no matter how dumb it was, they were always there, also they always respected my privacy, I asked them to only contact me via email or text message and that is exactly what they did,Never received a call from them, other dealerships would keep on calling and leaving voice mails even when you ask them not to, but these guys are respectful. They are also very professional and down to earth, when you get to know them it doesn't really feel like you are dealing with a seller, it is more like a friend and that goes for everyone at classic mazda. I arrived there and was greeted by everyone, even when I wasn't sure I was going to purchase the car, they had free BBQ and drinks for everyone and I gladly took some. They allowed me to test drive two brand new cars of my preference without any excuses or restrictions, the seller that received me, Mr. Orville Williams was a tremendous host, always open for questions and always joking and smiling, made me feel great, Not like I was going to get robbed as you feel at some other dealerships, shane wood's, sales manager is great, never told a lie, always responsive and attentive and he made sure I understood every single thing from the car to the finance terms and everything else, finally the finance person, a gentleman from Egypt who's name I just cannot remember, he was great as well, everything well laid out on the table, well explained, very serious and professional and he made sure I understood every single thing before signing anything. Overall classic mazda is probably the best dealership there is out there, I highly recommend it. I am now driving and loving my new 2015 mazda 3 I got for 0.9 % apr. Other dealerships were offering 10 % and up so thanks to these guys I am now driving a car I love for an excellent price. Thank you!

Florida Transmission Repair
Tim, the owner of this auto repair shop, is an honest man. That's a huge accomplishment to me since many auto repair shops and dealerships attempt to get you to do unnecessary or non-existent repairs. To keep it brief, I took my car for a routine oil changes a Toyota of Orlando. After about 20 minutes they came back and told me I need to re-seal a timing box and reseal my axle ball joints. They wanted about $1,600 for this and the representative at Toyota of Orlando told me that if I didn't have it done soon I should, "think about selling the car because this is really important." This was my first time at that dealership so I didn't believe a word they said. I found Florida Transmission Repair and I called to see if I could bring my car in. Tim answered and asked what I was quoted and the worked they wanted to do on car. I brought it in the next morning and within 2 hours of dropping it off Tim called me. He told me that the timing box had 1 drop of oil outside the box and that the axle joints were just fine. He said, "if this were my car, I wouldn't do a thing because it's just fine." He told me that, " it was in great shape and that I'd maintained it very well." He went on to explain that his shop doesn't "fish" for work. They are honest because they believe in treating people fairly, unlike car dealership garages. When I went back to pick my car up, they DID NOT even charge me a cent for looking at it. No $10 or $20 fee that I was expected. There was no charge whatsoever. I will definitely be using them again when any need arises. They are trustworthy and a small business that deserves your business. Stop giving money to the big (Lying) dealerships.

MCJ Auto Sales
I pass by MCJ Everyday on my way to work, and I look at this gorgeous Cadillac that sits out front. So I've been looking and wanting that car for a few weeks now. But given some of the reviews I have seen I have been reluctant to stop in, well today I got the nerve and grabbed my BF and went in. I was taken back by the staff, they seemed almost overly concerned trying make me comfortable. Apparently they have made recent staff and management changes, and oh man are they pushing the customer comes first stuff, coffee, snack.. you name it. So easy going, no pressure.. I looked at MY Caddy ;) then looked at few higher priced vehicles. I was expecting them to push me toward a higher priced car, but they were cool and they were happy to sell me the exact car I was looking for! Paperwork took a little while :( but there was A/C and a TV, the financing went through without an issue and I even got them to lower my monthly without much debate at all. Afterward I took the car directly to the Aamco right up the road, (Just to be safe, as I have bought a used car before ;) ) since I know one of the guys who works there, he took a good look under the car and hood and said it looks like I got a good deal! YES! so happy... So I don't know what all the review huff is about but I got treated like a queen and got the EXACT car I wanted at a price I could deal with AND the car checked out 100% As far as I am concerned MCJ is #1 Never been happier! -Sarah E- Oviedo P.S. I would have given them an extra star if I could, simply based on those mighty tasty cream cheese and date cookies they had (Need the recipe), lol.. Thanks guys!

MCJ Auto Sales
Did my usual "Looking" for a new car drive up and down 50, stopped in at a few of the usual spots to see if they had anything new.I usually don't stop in at McJ's but I figured why not. Spotted out a very nice Volvo, asked for a price.. as I expected.. too much. So I continued looking around the lot, then a salesman I believe his name was Martin started asking me if I needed help. I told him I was just looking and he did not press the subject he stated he noticed me looking at the Volvo. I told him I liked it but it was too much, we went back and forth for a while and he went inside to inquire with the manager about the car.Ten minutes later he came back out and said I should come inside and we could discuss the car if I wanted. So I did.. They were able to drop a few fee's and get the price right at the top of my budget, but I wanted the car, so I caved. Wound up driving it off the lot that afternoon.I did spend a little bit more than I wanted to but I got a car that's more than worth what I paid for it and for once I bought a car without a bucket load of stress during the purchase.I feel I got a fair car at a fair price, I could not ask for more. The mileage was right for the price and the car was in very reasonable condition, the interior was Mint. All in all I have to say I am happy with Mcj's.I did have to wait a while for the financing to go through and that's the reason I'm not giving five stars, four will have to do.

Airport Chrysler Jeep Dodge
Did our homework online before purchasing. Tried working a deal with another dealership but they were only interested in the 'green way' of doing business; wasted 3 days just to get denied. We then called Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep and spoke to Mark Williams. We emailed all our documentation before walking into the dealership, even got a quote on our trade-in sight unseen. Our salesman worked on our deal on Easter weekend!! We walked into the dealership and our new 2013 Grand Caravan was prepped and ready. We were in and out in 1 1/2 hours. No games, no gimmicks; we got the exact vehicle we wanted at the exact price , no money down with the exact payments we needed! They even honored our agreed upon trade-in value. We had a FANTASTIC experience at this dealership. From the manager, to our salesman, to the finance department; we are SO HAPPY with their AMAZING service. We couldn't be more ecstatic! Thanks Mark for making our car buying experience such a unique pleasure! You've earned a customer for life!

I've been dealing with Seth Piggott. He's extremely honest (rare in the car salesman world) and really down to earth. He'll tell you his honest opinion and he's extremely patient. He wont try to talk you into buying a car if you're honest with him that you're not ready. We went and checked out a Jeep for my girlfriend yesterday and it was pouring sideways outside. He still went to the lot and pulled up in a nice clean Jeep under the service drive and he allowed us to drive it around a few blocks in the pouring rain. After the test drive, he sat inside the vehicle and told us his opinions of other SUV's but not once did he say anything negative about them. I will admit, I was trying to bait him to say something, anything, negative about the other cars. He was very professional, addressed my questions and instead of talking down the other "guy" he just spoke better of the Jeep. Great service from Seth, we will definitely purchase from him when we decide to purchase another vehicle.

Global Auto
Hello,My name is David and I purchased a 2003 BMW From Karim, at Global Auto, April of this year 2013. I was shopping the market for this car for a few months and had the worst luck and worst experience with other dealerships trying to convince me to get into there car but clearly not the condition or even there best price was unreasonable. Came to Global Auto and Karim was the most professional and BEST costumer service I have had. From the moment we arrived till we left Karim made sure I was happy and had me fully informed about the whole process. Even went out of his way to get me the best loan. I have had my car now and i have yet to come up with some issues or problems. I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY CAR AND WILL BUY MY NEXT CAR FROM KARIM!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS, FAMILY AND ANYBODY WHO IS IN SEARCH OF A CAR... ALSO GLOBAL AUTO HAS THE BEST PRICES... NO ONE CAME EVEN CLOSE TO THE PRICE HE OFFERED ME!!! =)

Classic Mazda
Classic Mazda is the best customer service experience I have ever had. I purchased my 2014 Mazda 6 shortly after I retired and had the pleasure to have Bob Newland as my sales consultant. My great customer service experience did not stop on the show room floor. When it was time for my Mazda 6 to have its regular maintenance service Ms. Aiesha Jones, service department representative continued from where Mr. Newland left off. It was very refreshing to be helped by Ms Aiesha Jones who is so knowledgeable and with such a great attitude. I have purchased several new and used cars during my life time and Classic Mazda is honestly the best customer service experience I have ever had. I look forward to my regular maintenance service with no worries in my mind because I know that Ms. Jones will be there to take care of me. Thanks to Mr. Newland and Ms. Jones for making me feel like a customer would expect.

Classic Honda
Outstanding customer service! I brought my car back in to Classic Honda for an oil change and tire rotation on. The customer service I received from Maribel Franco was superb. She had my car serviced in the time quoted and explained all the services completed and recommendations for my next service. She was very knowledgeable, but not pushy at all about the recommended services. She even went out of her way to help me check my vehicle for the special lug nut key and when we weren't able to find one she went to the service department and tracked one down for me. I would have been out of luck if I had ever gotten a flat without that key. Glad Maribel made me aware of the importance of having that lug nut key. I definitely recommend Classic Honda for all you Honda maintenance needs, just ask for Maribel.

Airport Chrysler Jeep Dodge
My review is based only on their service department (I have not bought a vehicle here). We have been bringing our Charger for service at Airport Chrysler as it is very convenient to our home and they have Saturday appointments. In contrast to many car dealership service departments, whose service quality may be uneven and prices unreasonable, we have always gotten very good service from Airport Chrysler service department and the rates are very reasonable and comparable to independent garages. They are very ethical in advising you if your car needs repair and will tell you if a certain task doesn't need to be performed until the next service interval. The service manager was very responsive to our needs, and the service writers I have worked with are all courteous as well. Highly recommended.
Tips & Advices
Some dealers accept returns if the component is returned with the original invoice. Some dealers might charge a re-stocking fee for returns. Others may not accept returns at all. It's common for dealers to not accept returns on electrical parts. Customers should ask about return policies before purchasing.
A salvage yard might test used car parts before selling them, but customers should ask whether tests have been performed on the part or not. All parts, especially electrical components, should be tested prior to purchase. Most salvage yards and auto repair shops should have a 12-volt battery to test electrical parts.
Sometimes it is worth buying used car parts. If the part is in good condition, a car owner could save money by buying the used part. However, if the part is something that's unsafe to purchase used, like brake parts or air bags, or if the part is too deteriorated to be safe, it's worth the cost to buy new.
Junkyards are businesses where people can shop for used car parts. Other names for these businesses include salvage yards and automotive recyclers. Auto repair shops might also sell used car parts.
Yes, most used car part dealers sell to the general public. However, just like with any car parts purchase, buyers should look into the dealer’s warranty policy and might want to price shop at several places.
