Wu, Ying, MD
This doctor, and I use the term advisedly, Is exactly why the VA is the worst place to go for medical attention, if you're a U.S. Veteran. There are certainly others with her incredulous lack of skill, knowledge and professionalism, but Dr. Wu stands head and shoulders above many others as the last person you would want to treat you for a medical condition. She is arrogant, unwilling to ever listen to her patients, and believes she has all knowledge, and is the all-being master of time, space and dimension.Hint: Find someone else to tend to your wounds.A Vet.

Burkhart, Bradd G MD
I do NOT understand the person's rating, or ranting who says he is arrogant... I love the guy, and his nurse Lynn. finally had to go to Rooster shots for the knees...I have read many horror stories of pain beyond belief, and little to no relief> I was given the injections by both doc and Lynn, and out of the six, only one hurt at all, the other 5, NOTHING ....painless. ( some pain and stiffness for a couple of days after, but not during the injections.... 4 weeks after the last shot, PAIN FREE! New knees, nope, at 62 I wont be playing racquet ball ....but I walk pain free, climb stairs pain free, and sleep through the night pain free!! Doc has always been great, never in a rush, very good bed side manner, if my knees get to the point of surgery....Dr. Burkhart will be doing it

Baker, Heard, Osteen, & Davenport, MD, PA
Wow what a mess this office is. Parents and grandparents have been patients 20+ years. Went in Friday to obtain records since our Blue Cross won't cover my Fathers hip replacement since Dr. Osteen does NOT have malpractice insurance. They said to have him fill a release form out and come back today since we needed XRay films and the tech was not there Friday. Went in today and they didn't want to release records even though he filled out a release form. Finally someone helped and got me copies. Meanwhile they were talking to the X Ray tech about getting the films (for $8 a piece). X Ray tech could not find them!! They called me back a couple hours later and said they LOST the X Ray films from 2016, just 1 year ago. Wouldn't recommend ANYONE going to this practice. What a disaster!

Pedro DR Ortega MD PA
Horrible personnel. Very rude and terrible attitudes. They will nickel and dime you for everything. The office went from having a nurse everyday to a nurse once a week. Wait times are over an hour. Made me pay for my medical records which is normally free. STAY AWAY WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Dr. David B Cilbrith, MD
Dr. Cilbrith was our doctor for over 20 years. He was very knowledgeable and personally made sure my wife and I had the best care. He saved my wife's life with accurate and compassionate Care. We are looking for a new Internist since he has now retired and hope to find a doc with same kind of passion but since then have come to realize it is difficult to bond with a doctor who takes time to explain your labs and interpret them like Dr. Cilbrith. I don't understand done of the negative reviews. I know many of his patients and all if them are heartbroken to see him go but he deserves to be recognized as a physician who was passionate, advocating for the decency if his patients care and compassionate demeanor. He is sorely missed. Thank you for your understanding and compassion you consistently gave us.

Knight Dermatology Institute
Good communication and effort to solve the problem from the office. My visit was good and there was a problem with insurance that later was solved.

Nadjafi, Morteza, MD
The worst so called doctor I've ever experienced. I was seeing him for over a year. I lost my job so he dropped me because the new insurance plan didn't pay him enough. They are only about the money. Their office doesn't care about their patients. I even told him I'd cover the difference because it's so hard to get a new doctor without having to wait several months to get in for an appointment. I needed help and they left me without my meds for months. Some doctor. If I could rate his office with no stars that would be too generous.

Emergi-Care Medical Center
I know Dr. Usha Jain for several months. I bring my whole family here. She specializes in emergency medicine and also Pediatrics. Dr. Jain is convenient and has all the facilities like blood tests, x-ray and EKG. I can walk in without an appointment and be treated right away. Dr. Jain is thorough and found deficiencies of the vitamins for me and that would help me with the diabetes.Dr. Jain always take the time to listen to me and my family and treats my condition with medicine and also natural medicine. Dr. Jain also specializes in anti-aging medicine. I recommend her because she can see me without an appointment, thorough and treats with natural and traditional medicine.
Tips & Advices
Urgent care is best for cases with low risk or impact, like a bad , but not life-threatening, cut to the finger. However, if you experience difficulty breathing, speaking, seeing, or chest pains, visiting an emergency room is likely the safest decision.
Trauma surgeons are those who perform urgent operations. Their duties often differ in that the majority of their work occurs in the operating room, while ER physicians mostly work on the hospital floor.
Emergency room physicians work long, intensive hours, often in 12-hour shifts. While not every shift may be that long, the profession requires large time commitments from both doctors and nurses.
Many emergency room patients can be treated and sent home on the same day, but those requiring extended stays or outpatient procedures that require hospitalization may need to stay a few days to a week, or longer, depending on severity of the condition.
Licensed physicians and nurses are responsible for treating and caring for patients, as well as ensuring their safety. Patients may also come under the supervision of surgeons.
