I was sent a confirmation email stating that a side mirror would ship out in 4 to 5 days at $140. I was called a week later and told it would now cost $275. I still asked for it to be shipped after the gentleman I spoke with would not negotiate the price with me due to his "error" on the original quote and never shipping out the part. The part still never arrived. I called two weeks after the original order and the client rep told me the order had been cancelled. This place is a joke, and, quite honestly, I am now cancelling my credit card. Shady and frustrating. Stay away.

Junk And Trash Removal Etc.
John and his crew really helped me out. I was expecting a charity organization to pick up my furniture which was in very good condition. John was just picking up the mattress to my queen size bed which the organization wouldn't take. When the organization arrived they told me since I was on the 2nd floor and didn't have an elevator they couldn't remove my furniture. John immediately responded that he would haul everything away and gave me a good price on last minute notice. He and his staff were friendly and efficient. I selected Junk and Trash Removal because I went on line for a quote and he personally called me quickly with a quote for the mattress. I would recommend John and his team!

So i had a horrible experience i went there with my fiance and father. I walk in and an old man stops me n says i have to leave because "kids aren't allowed in the junk yard" mind you im 20 years old so i told him that and he then said well we dont allow woman in here. Funny huh? So looks like they dont need my money and are sexest buttholes. So ladies if you need anything dont waste your time there. Pretty sad if u ask me

The warranty from this business means nothing to them. if they sell you faulty parts, you are stuck with them. the owner does not stand behind his guarantee.

I had a really bad experience dealing with these people. They will do whatever to avoid taking responsibility and owning up to their mistake like every other business would do. I bought some parts from them based on the delivery time they promised which didn't happen and I was ok with that. Then, when they delivered the part late, it was the wrong part and I had to start the process all over . I was without a vehicle for 21 days. The part I paid for was what they call A grade. The one they delivered is far way from being an A or even B grade. The sales person promised me a credit to make for all that. I haven't seen any credit from them yet. I spoke to a manager but her excuse is that I am buying used parts and mistakes do happen and when a mistake happen we don't apologize,We don't try to compensate for our mistakes. It s tough luck. I would not recommend them based on my horrible experience with them.

Tonya LKQ Michaels Auto was great! Speedy service with a smile you can hear in his voice. I needed a new rim for my Mazda3 & he had the rim ready to go when I needed. I live in Volusia county but will not go ANYWHERE else. Thx again for getting me back on the road!
Tips & Advices
Salvage yards will have different policies regarding warranties, but, in most instances, the parts you find will be covered. Some salvage yards will offer warranties of anywhere from 90 days to six months, and may even offer the option for extended coverage.
After you've successfully found a part or multiple components, take everything up to the clerk. Inform them of what you have and pay. Avoid lying about what you have as a way to pay less. You will potentially be banned if you're found lying. You-pick salvage yards will display the prices for categories of parts. Prices may fluctuate depending on the demand. Harder-to-find items could carry a higher price tag than a brand-new one. If you are salvaging for auto parts, you might see items that are difficult to find and be able to sell them for a profit. Doing so can offset the cost of the price you're paying for the parts you personally need.
It is in your interest to call the salvage yard before arriving to see if they sell smaller components individually, because some yards do not. Some owners choose to not sell small components for financial reasons.  If salvage lots come across a door without the handle, they will have to pay extra to get the handle and attach it to the entire assembly. It is therefore cost-effective for salvage lots to sell entire assemblies.
When rummaging through a car or walking around the lot, stay aware of your surroundings. Remember, you aren't the only visitor looking to salvage parts. Other individuals are also looking for components, and not everyone works as safely as possible. If you find a car you'd like to inspect, make sure working conditions are suitable, and if anything looks suspicious or dangerous, find a safer vehicle to tear apart.
