Con artist. I received a quote on the phone and when he arrived to pick up my car he said, "the catalytic converter is missing" and would pay me $50.00 dollars less than the quoted price. I am not a mechanic and I know for a fact nothing was removed from the car. Don't trust these people.

Normally, the process of buying a car gives me such anxiety - its a big decision and most often times, high pressure sales people and their vulture like tactics don't make the process any easier. This was not the was at Holler Honda - the process was easy and very straight forward. My sales person, Pasquale Lobianco was awesome and made me feel right at home at the dealership. His knowledge about the HR-V that I was interested on was spot on as was his service and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the entire car buying process. Pasquale along with Vanessa in the finance department explained everything in detail and answered all my questions - and believe me I had a lot of them. I never felt pressured or talked down to! Pasquale even walked me through setting the main features of the car and even made sure my phone was paired with the Bluetooth technology before I drove off the lot. I even got some follow up calls to make sure that everything was ok with the car and that I was completely satisfied with the purchase. Cars are a big purchase and I never had one so good and actually fun!! If you're in the market for a new or great used car, check out my friends over at Holler Honda - you won't be disappointed - and ask for Pasquale - his service is second to none!!

If you are even considering a new car, you should give your business to Holler Honda. I have never been more impressed with a dealership. Make sure to ask for Peter Tran, he is the best of the best.

I bought a certified used car with the expectation that it would be as close to perfect as a used car gets. I was wrong and neither Holler Honda nor Honda Motor would help me.The car was advertised with tinted windows, a great feature that I really enjoyed. It turns out that the tint was illegally dark and I got a ticket for it. When I asked Holler Honda to fix it they refused and said it wasn't their job to make sure they cars they sell comply with the law. That should really be a top concern for a car dealer, but Holler is not as reputable as they claim to be.

I had a terrible experience here. People on Finance treated me as I didn't have money to pay them, they only wanted to make me pay more and didn't want to honor the interest rate Melissa Sillars gave me at the beginning. They also offered me a Bank of America loan and at the end put me with Sun Trust because they said "we don't use Bank of America here", so why you told me you do it ????At the beginning they offered me a car with tinted windows and after we agreed on the negotiation it turned out the car was already sold... waste of time!!!! ... I had to come back the next day for a new car and they asked me if the windows should be tinted I told them if it's the same kind of car and the first amount was with tinted windows this one should be the same price with the windows tinted... SURPRISE!!!! they charged me $399 for the tinted windows which I discovered later have bubbles and a hair!!!! geez! As a compensation for all the process mistakes they gave me a coupon for the car's first service which expire after the 6 months of the purchase but on this kind of cars the oil life is different and after 6 month the oil life was 60% !!!! why do the oil change then??? if they know this why they put a period of 6 months for the coupon to expire? useless! Michael Hall on Finances was the one who finished the process and he also made mistakes on the documents and asked me to come back a few days after to sign a document he forgot to give me !!!! hello I live a 50 minutes drive distance from you!!! Then he also made a mistake with my address and I have to pay to the DMV to correct it... Went there 2 days to buy a NEW Honda Civic Sedan! and they didn't offer a cup of coffee or a glass of water....All were lies and the "Customer Service" is inexistent. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from these crooks!

Stephen Hemmerle was helpful and informative. No pressure, and very supportive of any question or concerns we had a long the way. He never hesitated to be sure we saw and tried out what we wanted to see, and was as excited for us as we were about getting a new car! Love the no pressure Honda provides, so the Stephen and his co-workers can just be helpful and focus on our needs, not the bottom line.

Pep Boys Auto Service & Tire
RUN, DO NOT STOP! This shop attempted to cheat me of $1,054. My car was towed to this location with a loose bolt for my alternator. I was presented with a quote for repairs totaling $1.054. I refused and immediately left. I went to my dealer who confirmed that none of the proposed repairs were needed. The loose bolt on the alternator had been tightened, so no other repairs were needed on my car. GET A SECOND QUOTE BEFORE USING THIS PEP BOYS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
