Having had problems with a matress I purchased, the store sent a person to look at it. I was given a store credit and Gabby Cobos, store manager was extremely helpful in helping me choose a different matress to my satisfaction. She was really wonderful.Lillie Ritz

Finally, I have a complete living room! All of this was made possible by my sales lady Jessica. She was able to guide me to the style I was looking for and work with my budget. Since buying my first place I have taken my time furnishing and the Urbanology set was last piece to complete my home. Only thing that kept me from 5 stars on the selection was because this line is so popular the delivery kept getting pushed back on the end tables. Thanks Ashley's and thanks Jessica you were a peach!

This was my first visit to Ashley furniture, and it won't be my last. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jessica Strauss. She politely asked me what I was interested in and proceeded to show me a wonderful selection of furniture for my bedroom in my price range. She seem to be very knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend the Waterford Lakes location and definitely ask for Jessica.

Harry has a lot of knowledge of the products and the benefits. We went for a bed and went out with a sectional, mattress up pillows. The delivery super fast. Thanks for the help and the excellent service they provide.

My Wife and I were shopping for new Furniture for our new home. We walked into the Ashley Furniture at Warerford Lakes (829 N. Alafaya Trail) and were greeted by "ELIUD COSME" (Furniture & Decor Specialist). I honestly must say that his customer service skills/detail were EXCEPTIONAL. He was very knowledgeable of store products, promotional sales & went out of his way to ensure that our needs were met. We were able to purchased 2 bedroom sets for our children as well as ours. I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE at ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE, will return in the near future to purchase more home decor..... and would HIGHLY recommend anyone to stop by and take advantage of this "FIRST CLASS" treatment.

Hudson's Furniture
We made a significant purchase from Hudson's in Brandon in March '12. It is Lexington/Tommy Bahama bedroom furniture & the reason we bought from Hudson's is they had a sale on the set & no other store did. We explained we were not going to be ready for delivery for some time. All but one piece we ordered was 'in stock'. We were assured there was No Problem holding our order "until we were ready" for delivery. Several times during the 3 mos. we went into the store looking for other items & each time were told by the salesmen & the Manager, "no problem, just let us know when you're ready!"....well, when I called for our delivery I was told, there WAS a Problem...only SOME of our items were in the warehouse & we'd have to wait 4-6wks for the rest! We were LIED TO all along! Needless to say, we escalated the dilemma to the top of Hudson's, Josh Hudson-President/owner....he was polite & apologetic, but until my husband demanded moe action getting our order, Mr. Hudson only sympathized. After many phone calls & emails, Mr. Hudson assured us we would have all our furniture by 7/21....he suggested we take the items in the warehouse & the other pieces would be dlvd asap. On the 1st dlvy (2pieces), only 1 of the pieces was there! How many mistakes can be made w/one customer?! Again, more apologies. On 7/21 ALL the pieces arrived, finally. We asked Mr. Hudson to be compensated for our time/inconvenience/lack of service (store credit was acceptable) & he never much for Hudson's “We do more for you” is more than a slogan... it is our commitment!" They had the opportunity to prove it & failed!!

I ordered my sofa from hudson, it wasn't delivered as stated. Later stating oh it's a custom order. Why wasn't that accounted for already in the delivery date, who knows. Now in Aug 2016 I get my custom sofa delivered and ever single month since August I've had to had the sofa repaired. For some people that might be nice but I work and have a 2 year old son and can't be home for 2 hours monthly to have my sofa repaired.
