Pop A Lock in Orlando
Stay away from this company a total rip off they told me it would be 45 min it ended up being two hours by that tine I changed the tire myself and they still billed the insurance company. Not only did they promised a $25 gift card for keeping me waiting two hours when I shared with them that was too little they refused and now after four phone calls and text to a District Manager no return calls...they tell you what they want you to hear and then fail. So, if you do not want to wait two hours and then you change the tire yourself call someone else!

My locks got damaged so I brought them in here. I was amazed with how well they were able to repair them on time.

Probably one of the bests, if not the best, locksmiths in town. Their service is always on point and they were able to repair my lock in not time.

Amazing! Henrry set me up with a new lock when I needed it most: Top lock stuck and main lock falling apart, and the super was supposed to have it fixed today, but never showed. I was in a bad place and Henrry came through. On the phone, he listened to me and quoted me accurately and clearly. Once he came in the apartment, it was clear the right man had showed up. In less than a minute Henrry told me the problem, solution, and cost. Henrry is about authentically warm and honest a guy as I've ever met. I am really happy I went with Royal Locksmith Store ! they know what they doing call them at any time: 407-552-4013.

STAY AWAYY!! Unfortunately I did not research prior to using this company. If you google their company, a series of bad experiences will come up! I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit. They are an extremely shady company. They have taken $300+ dollars from our account for a simple rekeying that was supposed to be $20. For the past 5 days, we have been contacting the company trying to get in contact with Rita or Dave who are the owners. The staff has hung up, cursed and screamed at us. One phone call to one staff member where they say Rita doesn't even exist, the next phone call Rita is in the bathroom, the next she's on vacation. I even had my lawyer call today and a staff member named Deborah cursed her out and hung up on her. I have spent over 10 hours in the past 5 days either on hold, continually trying to reach people, being transferred, etc. We are in the process of sending our litigation letter to get our money back. Hopefully you can learn from this and stay away!!

Quick, courteous, professional, and at least $20 less than the other locksmith I called would've charged. Turned a bad experience -- the accidental lockout -- into a pleasant surprise. Now I know exactly who to call if it happens again. Royal Locksmith Store the best in Orlando , FL

Orlando Emergency Lock And Key
Great service. Would recommend their service to anyone.Couple reason 1) They waive off the late night fee because they were close to our location in Orlando , FL.2) The lock wasn't actually damage but the door handle mechanism which was more than double of what I had anticipated or wanted to pay for a rental apt. Instead of charging for the higher service they recommended a cheaper but secure alternative.3) Credit card accepted!4) If you will need a locksmith call Royal Locksmith Store

Orlando Emergency Lock And Key
Got locked out of my apartment at 6:30 pm and called my usual locksmiths who were dodgy about the price. Saw Online rating for nearby Royal Locksmith Store and called.David quoted me a reasonable standard price and was there promptly. He opened the door in no more than 3 minutes with no damage to the lock, and as a courtesy replaced both my cylinder and previously bent lower lock plate. He even gave me knew knob. All in less than 15 minutes. Mad skills and unheard of service level. Believe the hype!

Do not use any other locksmith. I was shocked at the amazing rate (other places were $160-$300) and it was great service and he was super friendly. To get back in was only $99+tax -- it was during the week at normal hours. Royal Locksmith Store the best company in Orlando , FL

there's obviously nothing cool about locking yourself out (or ""in"" in my case) of your apartment, but after hearing so many people sing Dave praises, i was secretly excited to have to call on him to help me out. i was attempting to leave my apartment on saturday morning only to discover that my doorknob wouldn't turn and i was locked inside of my apartment. neat. Dave was there quickly and knew exactly what the problem was. he swapped out an old part, told me a couple funny stories and then was on his way.everyone in nyc should have his number saved in their phone since it's only a matter of time before any one of us will need him and it's so nice to have a reliable go-to for something like this. Tips & Advices
Locksmiths-in-training can receive foundational knowledge and skills through programs offered at technical colleges or vocational schools. These would include basic courses on lock mechanics and manipulation, along with general skills like business management. From there, most trainees seek an apprenticeship, where they work alongside a professional locksmith. This allows them to gain experience in the field. It can also put them on a course toward certification.
Upon arrival to your home, a locksmith should ask you to prove that it is in fact your residence. They should also be able to unlock most common locks without requiring them to be drilled or completely replaced. Be sure to obtain an invoice that lists all charges before agreeing to pay.
  • If possible, research local locksmiths online and take note of any that have poor reviews or complaints.
  • When calling a locksmith, confirm their address matches what you found online or in a directory. Then ask for a cost estimate for the service you need, and ask to have them bring a written copy of this estimate.
  • Some states require locksmiths to be licensed. If your state is one of them, require the locksmith to bring proof of registration when they arrive.
The term locksmith traditionally referred to people who designed and built locks, but today is generally used for those who repair and replace locks. Locksmiths can be available on-call to help people if they're locked out of their home or apartment.
  • First, determine the type of lock you have, as well as the manufacturer or model if possible. You should also obtain measurements of your door and frame.
  • Remove exterior and interior knobs by unscrewing any visible screws you find. Many knobs will include a decorative cover on the interior side that can be removed.
  • Once you've removed the entire lock, find the screws on the inside of the door frame to remove the latch or deadbolt.
  • With everything removed, repeat these steps in reverse order to install the new lock.
