BAD SERVICE TO PEOPLE WITH DISSABILITIES. ( If I could give them a negative -10 I wuld)I do not recommended. My little brother was there for one year. Their service is terrible. the morning workshop is about 150 kids, little staff, kids are not attended, my little brother was seating on a corner doing nothing. Neal the SL manager is the worst he lies to you, and when you ask for better service he told me that I have 2 weeks to remove my brother. Their group home is worst, dirty and run but indivisduals tha just stay in the leaving room watching tv, they do not care about the 6 kids were stayin in the home. Food given is always frozen pizza and humburgers. Samething when you asked why can it be better, they will call you to have a meeting with NEAL and will give you lies (promises). I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. IF YOU LOVE YOUR DEAR CHILD WITH DISABILITIES HAVE HIM/HER ANOTHER PLACE OR KEEP HIM/HER AT YOUR HOUSE. Its hard to find a good place. I have moved him to a new location.
Service wise, this is the last place i would go to. I still haven't received my refund (over payment) from them. I am not happy with what they have done and what they are still doing to me. Billing department people never answers their calls. in 6 months of times, i received two call backs which obviously happened when i was busy and when i try to call back, no one answers or responds to my voice message. I tried to contact with them for months before my billing info transferred to collections. My lawyer's assistant requested my billing information two three months before this place handed my info over to the collections. Yet they had the nerve to send me a letter saying they will discontinue their service with me "because i didn't pay". I mean, me and lawyer's assistant was trying to get all my billing info so my lawyer can work on my case asap. But they didn't send my info to my lawyer but sent it to collections, unbelievable. I am more than happy that i don't need to go to this place again. I just hope i can get my refund.
