Car Aid
We had taken our 1996 Ford to another shop and they wanted $150 just to look at it and intimated it could be so much money to repair that we would need aid from the govt. Needless to say, I did much research and was referred then to an excellent mechanic at Car Aid on Angus St. in Orange. George - the owner - was absolutely terrific. He tested the Ford the same day we brought it in at no charge and called us right away with an update of mechanical problems and an honest opinion of not to spend the money because the car wasn't worth the repairs that it needed. He charged us absolutely nothing. He spent time explaining to both of us what our car issues were. George is very knowledgeable about most makes/models. If you need an honest & fair mechanic, give him a call! We will be using him for repair of our 2006 Volvo.

I was searching for a shop that had a lot of knowledge concerning frame straightening. So many shops just pile on the paint and have no clue as to making sure the vehicle is in good condition before the job is started. There is much to do before the paint goes on and as much as I'm not a body man I sure like to understand how thing will work. I found Precision Collision through a friend however all their reviews on Yelp-Yellow Pages and Google led me to my call. We had an extensive conversation as to what I was looking for and Bobbie made sure everything I wanted would be accommodated. I went to the location and met with Jason, he is super professional and informative. The work this shop did was first rate, they actually get 100 stars from me and I am on picky guy.

I had a big truck back into my Honda Civic. The dent was massive and the frame was a little bent. Worried my car would never drive right or look good, I was told by a friend about Precision Collision. I spoke to Bobbie at the office and she made sure my schedule was accommodated. After the work was completed on the car I was super happy with not only the cosmetic repair the driving of my newly repaired frame didn't pull any longer. This place is great for auto body repair and they are extremely nice to work with.

Sunrise Auto Care
for Derald Gregg forwarded from his e-mail.Because of a special advertised service offer I took my automobile to Sunrise Auto Care in Orange to have some service performed for my Chrysler. The proprietors Tom and Al were very courteous and helpful. The price I was charged was far more reasonable than I would have had to pay for the same work at an auto dealership. There was no hard sell pressure to purchase extras I did not want. I plan to use Sunrise Auto Service again when I have a need. DWG, Orange

Gibson Automotive
Gibson, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to auto mechanics and body work. I brought my 2012 Honda Civic to him that was in a small collision and he painted two panels, fixed the huge dent, realigned it and had it ready for me in only two days time. His prices are by far the most fair! I shopped four body shops for this job and he was better in price by over $250!!! Total for this job out the door was $500. You can't beat that with a bat!!

When I called Jason at Precision Collision I was really upset about the amount of damage that had been done to my car by a recent accident. Jason assured me that the amount of work would restore my car to get it back to looking great again. When the work was completed , I was very happy with the outcome. I wont forget the day I was slammed into, however my car looks beautiful and that really makes me feel better. Thank you Jason!

Sunrise Auto Care
Tom got me in and got me out on a busy Saturday morning. I told him it was my anniversary and he said "I'll get you out of here in no time". 15 minutes later on a slammed Saturday, I was headed home. Smog check for half the price anywhere else I was looking and I looked at the other services they offered- easily the most affordable auto service shop.I highly recommend and will be back with my other car for sure. Thanks Tom!

Great company to have work on my car. I have had very few decent experiences with other auto repair shops in the past. Finding G&M Auto Care has been a great thing for me! Not only are they really great at what they do, the level of customer service is exceptional! Thank you for restoring my confidence in auto repair experiences and knowing there is a superior company like yours available.

Randy at RNR Group Collision did an amazing job fixing my car after I got the rear end of my car destroyed in an accident. Randy and his team were extremely professional and easy to work with. My car looked better than ever when I picked it up. Thank you so much Randy, you're the best!
Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
