we took our grandkids to celebrate a birthday everyone waited for 45 min to one hour for nachos when we ordered there was hardly anyone there the service was bad slow nobody cared and the place was filthy I and the people we were with will never go there again may be try a different LOL see if it is different this one really sucked

Horrible costumer service! The lady did the complete opposite to my hair than what I had told her I wanted done. There were cockroaches literally crawling all over the place even by my feet while I was getting my hair done! The brushes used to brush my hair had layers of other people hair tangled withing the brissels. Disgusting! I can't believe I let her work on my hair in these conditions. Disregarded all of what I had asked her to do only to end up with orange hair and yellow highlights! Just horrible I do not recommend this filthy place to anybody.

Fadi Aiawil bought the shop a month ago- NEW OWNER. Charges 25% more than ABC Smoke Shop across the street. I bought a 2 pound bag of tobacco as they told me it was the correct product (it wasn't). Brought the Unopened bag back with the receipt in the shopping bag they gave me and they FLAT OUT REFUSED to REFUND me. The receipt did not have the policy. No Refund Policy sign is posted per CA Law either. He brought one out of the back room when I asked to see the policy.This shop breaks CA laws. If you are comfortable paying 25 percent more from a shop that cheats their customers by breaking laws, this is the perfect place for you.From State of CA Dept of Justice Website (Google It) (California Civil Code section 1723) “Retailers who have a policy of not providing a cash refund, credit or exchange when an item is returned with proof of purchase within 7 days of purchase must inform consumers about their refund policies by conspicuously placing a written notice about their policies, in language that consumers can understand, so that it can be easily seen and read. The policy must be displayed either at Each entrance to the store, at Each cash register and sales counter, on tags attached to each item, or on the company's order forms, if any. A return policy printed only on a receipt, for example, is not sufficient.”

My spouse and I were so impressed how they greeted us. It was like going to someone's house as a welcomed guest. It's a really cute restaurant. The service was great. Food even better. Their table side guacamole is a must with the sangrias. We had the molcajete, which is huge, and was wonderful. More than enough for two. Over all, it was a great dining experience. Definitely recommended.

NEW OWNERS have horrible customer service skills! The cashier doesn't know how to work the register and their prices are ridiculous.They said my card was declined so i came home. I checked my account and saw I was still charged for something I didn't even get to purchase. I came back the next day and the same lady who helped me the day before wouldn't listen to my concern of being charged. She insisted i was the one in the wrong! I'll be taking my money elsewhere and so should you! Unfortunately there's a definite language barrier as well, they harder understand English what so ever.

Bad customer service! Walked in to get haircut for my son and being ignored by all the barber.was waiting for 30 min , another Hispanics family came and being help right away. Seems like the barber side don,t like asian customers.
